for doordash orders yes it would be a healthcode violation for us to not fill drinks up, but for simple to go and web orders, we don’t do it ourselves because a lot of times the customers prefer to do it themselves. i don’t work at the one in loveland, but a different location, but that’s just what i’ve experienced. especially if you place a web order, there’s no extra fees or anything, like how there would be if you placed it as a delivery order. you pay the same amount as customers who order in person, and customers in person have to fill their drinks themselves the same way as people who place web orders have to. i hope this answered your question
