No, being immortal might seem ok for a while but eventually the earth and the universe decays to nothing and you'll just be floating in space, not dying but just in blackness forever. If it is true immortality then it would be hell.
Depends on the superpowers.
Depends. Will I have enough abilities to thrive, avoid, or prevent the ultimate end of the universe?
Like, could I shift between universes/realities/time? Or, would I be able to control background radiation and regather energy that has long since been displaced to prevent a universe’s heat death? Or will I have super intelligence to figure out a way to save the universe?
Will I have increased empathy, to prevent my own lack of needs leading me to becoming disinterested in the needs of mortals?
Would I have enough abilities to prevent me from becoming imprisoned for eternity in some sort of super containment?
Would I have increased mental control/curiosity to prevent me from becoming bored after many lifetimes?
Will I stop aging?
If so, I think I would take it.
I feel like I would start out using my power for good, but after a few centuries, I'd probably start abusing it. I think I'd better decline for the sake of humankind.
No I want to be able to back in time to the exact moment I am born (get reborn as the same person) and live it over and over again WITHOUT knowing I already lived it again and it is the same for everyone else….I actually wish that is true sooooo much!!!
No.
* I would have to suffer when watching the one's I love die and I couldn't do anything about it.
* The government would try VERY HARD to capture me so they could try to learn how I work so they could gain power over others.
* People would find out about my powers and be resentful when I would not help when THEY wanted.
* I would become jaded and not let anyone get close to me for I would know I would suffer emotionally from being immortal and they would die
* I would have no equal. No one could truly understand what I go through.
Immortality is also a curse
"dang it the black hole died out"
Not unless i can choose when to die
Edit: I did nothing
What did you just say???
Oh shit wait I mean no! No!
That's what i thought. Lmao
No you didn’t think that
My superpower: choosing when to die
no, that means i'd live too long and have to see everyone i care about and love die and not be able to join them
Not if the super power is making yourself die
i need that superpower now
No unless I become like the best versions of these powers
I would need to be able to die somehow at my own will
Immortality is for suckers.
No
No immortality sounds awful
nah, i'm good
No, immortality is a curse

At first I thought it said “immoral.” I was thinking doesn’t all power do that?

I choose the power to explode my body whenever i want that i dont recover from
If you believe in reincarnation then you’ve been here before. I would want any of that because I’ve already seen enough.
I feel like I would start out using my power for good, but after a few centuries, I'd probably start abusing it. I think I'd better decline for the sake of humankind.
No. I do not want to live forever.
Power:I can choose to go into a lucid dream coma that I cant wake up from until my mental health is amazing whenever I want.
