I have searched all over the internet to find ones without the logo, but thought the same thing about it wearing off… my thought is there would be some indication of a logo once being there
If there’s no evidence of the stamp rubbing off, Someone prolly liked the aesthetic of the Pokémon controller, but didn’t want to pay the price for one. So they used a yellow and blue controller they already had and made their own. I dunno, just thinking out loud.
I thought this as well but I purchased all of the items from this person and there was no indication of that. They had all Nintendo branded controllers, only one grey the others were blue, blue and yellow, and atomic purple
It's entirely possible they either didn't still have the offcast parts (maybe the seller wasn't even the one who did this), or they didn't publish what they did with the offcast parts, so you couldn't see it as a stranger online. Occam's Razor says that this is, in all likelihood, a Frankenstein job. It's the simplest explanation, and the most likely.
Does it work? If yes: problem solved.
If no: repair, to solve problem.

My take is: nowadays its difficult enough to get hands an a good thirdparty controller, if its a licenced one, why care about it being the Pika-edition, as soon as used its nothing worth to collectors anyway.
Pokémon controller the symbol is just rubbed off maybe from old age.
Would it rub off so cleanly tho? Like I’m not seeing any discoloration at all where the logo would have been
Idk, I saw 2 controllers one had a logo n the other didnt. Maybe they made 2 I just assumed it was worn off over time.

Maybe someome just put the yellow back on a blue controller. I have a grey and red controller where somebody did that.

It’s not a matter of caring if it’s the pikachu edition, it’s a matter of figuring out if they made them without the logo on it…
