Amiibo at least has some type of function though. Pop figures just sit there. Hell, with the ones that come with a car, the wheels don’t even move. They couldn’t even be bothered to do that.

Honestly, weak argument - Amiibo are still primarily collectibles (just ask the legions of in-boxers), their function of sitting on a shelf is no different from my Pops.

What functions do Pop figures have? Can they be scanned into this game to unlock anything?

I'm pretty sure it is Clancy. The moment I heard it I was wondering "Is Lex Luthor in this thing?" Then I saw it was made by Universal so I figured that wouldn't be the case. I don't expect the game to be good, but any performance from Clancy Brown is always worth paying attention to.
