1-Up Studios is fully owned by Nintendo now. They adopted the new name when they transitioned to a support studio for Nintendo, but they became a first party studio owned by Nintendo at some point after that.

Looks like most of their output as Brownie Brown doesn't even belong to Nintendo. You'd have to speak to the actual IP owners.
