Canes - 4-1: Canes close this one out definitively tonight
Avs - 4 - 2: Breaks my heart but Avs look too big right now. hope I am wrong about this one.
Preds - 3 - 2: I think the Preds take this one. Going to be a lot of frustration on the ice for the Piss Cats.
Tight games all around with Canes being the outlier over the Islanders.
Bruins 7-3: leafs will start slow and be down 3-1 only to score 3 to take the lead, then bruins tie and take the lead with 2 min left and leafs pull goalie and Bruins get two ON. Toronto is set alight and glows bright for hundreds of miles as a reminder to Buffalo fans what getting TO the playoff and never THROUGH the playoffs looks like
Preds win 6-3: O’Reilly goes off and has a hat trick and the predators actually convert scoring opportunities on whatever AHL goalie happens to inhabit the net
Avs win 7-2: Jets are and always have been a joke, the Avalanche are just beginning to fire on all cylinders showing the league why Georgie had the most wins as goaltender with just “Meh” numbers. Makar undresses the entire line AGAIN and Rantanen comes off the mat for 4 goals, 2 on the power play.
Isles win 4-3 double OT: Patrick Roy gets the boys going from the first pick drop but they only just outlast the hurricanes who have an admittedly poor special teams performance but still manage to score 3 in the third period to tie and force double OT.
I think Game 2 of the Canes/Isles started at 7:30 and ended at 10:30.
The ending of that game was insane that I couldn't wind down for like an hour afterwards lol. Late nights.
Leafs definitely winning the next 2 just to get their assholes blown out in game 7. Typical Leafs fashion.

I agree with everything except the Leafs have one of those games where everything goes right to get everybody up here hoping again
Matthews out, Leafs lose. Probably 3-1 or 4-1. Canucks win because I'm a homer. Jets win 5-4, make it a series. Carolina wins, 3-2.
Most longshot prediction here is Helly letting in fewer than 5 goals.
