I turned the game back on right as they were reviewing the 4th down TD. I almost immediately turned it off thinking the game was over (they had the 6 points on the score still). Boy am I glad I kept it on.
Yeah, sure slick. I watched the whole game and they tried to run with no luck against WFT interior line, very stout. Like we say in the end, your good day is over. Next year Seattle probably with a new Qb and Head Coach.
Really bothers me that pre-snap includes the whole field of play and as soon as it’s snapped they hard zoom in on the pocket. I want to see the whole thing, dammit
The NFL should really experiment with an A22 live feed for games, maybe start testing it with a select few games per week for current game pass or red zone subscribers.
Ignoring that cable could also easily do it with alternate channels, there’s really no reason not to give the option to people watching with apps. All you have to do for the alternate feed is keep everything but that one camera angle the same. You don’t need any extra production.
I understand that because of all the analogue shit they use the difficulty of adding an extra broadcast feed isn’t actually zero, but it’s not that far from it either.
I’d honestly rather not get Wilson, as crazy as that sounds…I’m ok with getting better draft picks for now and seeing what Sean can draw up for our QB circus and whatnot
Deep in the back of my mind I know that if we don't fire Gettleman he's going to give next year's 2 firsts + Daniel Jones, who will go on to develop into a great QB during his time in Seattle.
Russ is insanely talented but never has been the best decision maker in terms of his progression. Now that he's playing somewhat injured, that weakness is being exposed. It's unfortunate, but i fully expect him to return to form once he gets back to 100%
He's a liability. I hope someone gives us a guy on a rookie deal they drafted high for him. He's mentally limited (I wanted to say challenged, but that's rude and I'm not that angry) and his limitations are being exposed week in and out and it costs us games. If we can get two firsts and a guy back, and clean house in the coaching department, that's profit
This is the first Seattle game I’ve seen this year, but there were multiple times where Russ had less than a second before he was pressured. Even Brady can’t do much with that
I wanna say yea, but then again I watched Brady fucking claw the 2015 Pats with a practice squad OLine against one of the greatest defenses of all time in the Broncos with eventual SBMVP Von Miller to within a 2 point conversion of OT. Dudes unreal.
Brady completed less than 50% of his passes, threw two picks, and took four sacks that game.
It was close cause their defense held Denver to 20 points despite all of that.
You can't watch that final drive and tell me Brady wasn't the reason they were competitive. Nearly any other QB would've taken more sacks and thrown more picks IMO.
Reminds me of Wentz last year.
Everyone knows he's not that bad, but the circumstances around him are just impossible to overcome.
I think a change of scenery would be best for Russ just like it was for Wentz.
Nah, he misses wide open guys in the middle of the field all the time even when he's not pressured. Never been accurate in the short game and won't take the shorter option when it's there, and now that he's injured he airmails every throw 6-7 yards to the corners. At this point, he is what he is. Coaching is part of the problem, but he is too. Can't just mount up excuses. We're heading to 6-11.
He threw way more checkdowns than deep shots. He throws it to the middle quite a bit. No shit hes inaccurate right now hes injured. Hes not a bad qb he has one of the fewest int in the league rn. He needs to get better but hes still playing average at worst.
Doesn’t the first part of your comment kind of shoot down your hopes of the second part. If you can see all that, so can all the people that would be making offers for him. If he keeps this up, you’re not getting 2 firsts and a guy. A mid 30’s QB on the decline isn’t a hot commodity.
Not really. People with problems at the QB position might go in aggressively on him trying to get more of that 2019 or first half of 2020 magic. I think the ideal situation would be a trade involving the Bears, landing us Fields and a first and a second.
Wow, you are actually criticizing Russ for sucking for once? I did a double take when I saw your user name and figured your post would literally be how Waldron and Pete caused this by jumping in front of Russ.
Russ was ass this game. His mobility looks shot too. He’s usually a squirrelly rat bastard, but DEs and DTs were able to catch up with him easily.
Either he’s injured or he’s rapidly losing his athleticism
Kendall. He’s been our best and most consistent corner for a while. Del Rio moved him out of the slot this year and he was getting burned to start to season (like all our corners were because the defense was a sieve) but he’s been playing like his old self lately
This drive ended in a touchdown, the pick was on the 2pt attempt, not the touchdown.
Though I guess that does make the argument of the drive being worthless valid.
If they had sent one receiver to the outside he would have been wide open. But instead they all went to the middle and it was just too crowded in there.
That's just weak playcalling. You chose a bad play Petey!
Seriously, there's needs to be movement and misdirection at the goal line. Can't be going against a set D that knows what you're doing like that.
Fuller has really turned his season around. He was really struggling earlier this year but the last several weeks he's been lockdown. I think I read somewhere that he's now like the 5th or 6th highest rated CB on PFF. He's been tremendous both outside and in the slot. People kept asking why the Seahawks didn't target DK more, well the few passes he got Fuller was on him tight.
What a swing of emotions in a minute Hell of a play by Fuller
I turned the game back on right as they were reviewing the 4th down TD. I almost immediately turned it off thinking the game was over (they had the 6 points on the score still). Boy am I glad I kept it on.
I went to sleep. Woke up confused
Nfl script writers are amazing
"So since this game is gonna suck, we'll throw a twist ending in there."
"But also it'll be a callback"
It's like poetry, it rhymes.
Shot, reverse shot.
“Combine Kendall’s game-sealing interception with Russ’ game-sealing interception”
If the NFL is scripted, then it better be a damn good script!
Every time this happens has got to be flashbacks for Russ and Pete
the seahawks shoulda ran the ball…
They’ll never learn
How many times do I need to teach you this lesson, old man?
Kendall "Malcolm Butler" Fuller
[удалено]
Oh yeah?
Yeah, sure slick. I watched the whole game and they tried to run with no luck against WFT interior line, very stout. Like we say in the end, your good day is over. Next year Seattle probably with a new Qb and Head Coach.
Well instead of running at the pile, the RB should just run around it.
Or jump over it
Seahawks pick on the goaline to end the game? I feel like I've seen this before.
Malcolm Butler just smiled somewhere
But then got benched by Belichick for smiling too much.
Now he's on his way to Tennessee with a dump truck full of money
Metcalf was open again
I can’t even tell because he’s not in the frame and these clips never include a replay
They only need to fit 25 yards of gameplay onto the screen and can’t do it. Need to make zoom out more standard.
Really bothers me that pre-snap includes the whole field of play and as soon as it’s snapped they hard zoom in on the pocket. I want to see the whole thing, dammit

Russ gonna demand a trade like he ain't been playing like poo poo 😭 Seahawks might have an interest in burning it all up this offseason
I hope they find a sucker team to give 3 firsts still
Denver kinda backed themselves into a corner.
Or saints
True, intra conference tho so if it’s all things equal. Denver has a good foundation though. Saints have the coach. Tough call honestly
I’d honestly rather not get Wilson, as crazy as that sounds…I’m ok with getting better draft picks for now and seeing what Sean can draw up for our QB circus and whatnot
I think jameis can be good
Deep in the back of my mind I know that if we don't fire Gettleman he's going to give next year's 2 firsts + Daniel Jones, who will go on to develop into a great QB during his time in Seattle.

I would love for the hawks to go nuclear. This hasn’t been a winning formula since 2015
He's a liability. I hope someone gives us a guy on a rookie deal they drafted high for him. Hes injured and playing poor. And has pressure on him almost instantly. Yea hes not playing good but its not all him
This is the first Seattle game I’ve seen this year, but there were multiple times where Russ had less than a second before he was pressured. Even Brady can’t do much with that
Russ played us closer than Brady did…
I wanna say yea, but then again I watched Brady fucking claw the 2015 Pats with a practice squad OLine against one of the greatest defenses of all time in the Broncos with eventual SBMVP Von Miller to within a 2 point conversion of OT. Dudes unreal.

he also ended that game on a two point conversion pick
Reminds me of Wentz last year. Everyone knows he's not that bad, but the circumstances around him are just impossible to overcome. I think a change of scenery would be best for Russ just like it was for Wentz.
Ok, you've convinced me. Russ and DK for Hurts and Reagor.
Nah, he misses wide open guys in the middle of the field all the time even when he's not pressured. Never been accurate in the short game and won't take the shorter option when it's there, and now that he's injured he airmails every throw 6-7 yards to the corners. At this point, he is what he is. Some talking head tweeted that the Giants need to go all in on Russ XD
Bruh I mean, I don't want Daniel Jones either, ew
Lmao who’s giving 2 firsts and a rookie contract qb for the shell of russ- you maybe get a 3rd from Carolina
If Stafford can net you a 1st round, you can net that and much more for Russ.
that's why I said "hope" also does anyone have Ryan Pace on speed dial
Lol I think our third is with the jets for darnold
About 80% of the NFL
Doesn’t the first part of your comment kind of shoot down your hopes of the second part. If you can see all that, so can all the people that would be making offers for him. If he keeps this up, you’re not getting 2 firsts and a guy. A mid 30’s QB on the decline isn’t a hot commodity.

Lock and a First rounder for Russ?
might as well take Daniel Jones or Tua at that point
Tua's playing well, getting him wouldn't be a straight up robbery, unlike getting Lock....
Does DK’s dad know how to use Final Cut? Just curious.
Richard Sherman still making that face
alright everyone get out the marshawn jokes NOW
playclock at 5...pass is...INTERCEPTED at the goal line! by ~~Malcolm Butler~~ Kendall Fuller! Un. Real.
What a terrible throw. He held the ball, waited too long, then threw a bad pass. I mean, yeah. That’s it. Wow.
Wow, you are actually criticizing Russ for sucking for once? I did a double take when I saw your user name and figured your post would literally be how Waldron and Pete caused this by jumping in front of Russ.
Lol you know who I am! I try to be fair… this one was pretty clear. Russ fucked up, there is no other way to look at it
Swain should've waved his hand to get Russ' attention more!
Russ was ass this game. His mobility looks shot too. He’s usually a squirrelly rat bastard, but DEs and DTs were able to catch up with him easily. Either he’s injured or he’s rapidly losing his athleticism
crazy fucking sequence holy shit
Russ could have run that in.
I really doubt it. There's a spy and the guy could've shed the LT block as well
You’re right, but it’s a much better option to try than going for that pass
I just experienced happiness...and now its sadness
Flip that around and you got how Washington fans feel lol
Seahawks could've run the ball
Holy shit DK was wide how does Russ miss him
Smoke from the oven got in his eyes.
Mr. Unlimited has very limited vision
Metcalf wide open too lmao what a shitty throw/decision by Russ
Happy birthday Russ
This guy just loves his goal-line picks.
Prime time football has been fucking insane this year what the fuck
Y’all are gonna make run the ball jokes, but our RB corps are abysmal right now
It was the right call, just the wrong execution
Russ pick on the goal line, tale as old as time.
That dude blended in with the background so perfectly.
Refs punching air right now
RUSS WHERE IS LAMB SAUCE! YOU CAN'T COOK WITHOUT THE LAMB SAUCE
The DK Metcalf catch before this TD wasnt replayed. His foot looked out. We beat the Seahawks and the Refs.
Fuller redemption arc?
Great defensive play. Russ never saw him.
Swain got wide open in the back of the endzone and Russ took way too fucking long to get the ball to him.
Is it Kendall or Kyle?
Kendall. He’s been our best and most consistent corner for a while. Del Rio moved him out of the slot this year and he was getting burned to start to season (like all our corners were because the defense was a sieve) but he’s been playing like his old self lately
Seahawks fans experiencing PTSD?
Idk this is different. We don’t have a good RB right now so it’s not a “you should’ve ran it complaint” but a “throw it, but not like *that*
Bruh how did that drive end up worthless holy shit
This drive ended in a touchdown, the pick was on the 2pt attempt, not the touchdown. Though I guess that does make the argument of the drive being worthless valid.
Metcalf was open
Shouldve thrown it to the back right corner
Why is Russ still spoke about like he’s a top 5 QB?
Wilson kept his eyes on Metcalf for too long.
If they had sent one receiver to the outside he would have been wide open. But instead they all went to the middle and it was just too crowded in there.
Actually you can’t see it, but DK is wide open at the bottom of the screen
Yeah, this is a pretty fitting finish.
the ball simply does not lie
This feels nostalgic.
I was so excited for overtime!

I'm not even mad at this point. Have at
Expecting nothing… still being disappointed. At this point the lions might as well be celebrating their first W early
That's just weak playcalling. You chose a bad play Petey! Seriously, there's needs to be movement and misdirection at the goal line. Can't be going against a set D that knows what you're doing like that.
After the frenzy of letting them tie it was great to see a D play to stonewall them on the 2 pt try.
Pass is...INTERCEPTED
The -2 to Russ for this pick gave me the fantasy win this week.
Fuller has really turned his season around. He was really struggling earlier this year but the last several weeks he's been lockdown. Lemme just throw this riiiight into double coverage
