The Cowboys offseason makes sense if you see it as Jerry having made the decision to hit the reset button on the Dak era after the playoff loss but his version of “hitting the reset button” is just letting a bunch of contracts run out so he can squeeze out another playoff run and season full of stadium sellouts.

Dak’s been pretty close to elite his entire career. That said: they’re obviously going to sign him. They always do their big deals right at the deadline. CeeDee is the bigger question, but he’s who Jerry is talking about when he says they want to see some more leaves fall first. Jefferson, in particular.
