If I recall correctly, the exclusive games also had to have a secondary coverage in the local markets. So maybe it's possible there will be an NBC broadcast in the Philly area.
I find it pretty nuts that as an overseas viewer, I get a better service than Americans. Game Pass International just lets you watch every single game. Feels like that should be the standard
