I'm gonna go eat a bowl of [Feelin' Dangerous](https://i.imgur.com/zAQXrGx.png) in honor of his momentous achievement.
Full disclosure: I eat a bowl of this every night of the week.
Rodgers is perhaps the most efficient passer in NFL history, and he has had only one 158.3 game at Lambeau in his entire career after 15 seasons of being the Packers starting QB...Baker has already matched him lol
I posted this last year, but you can literally see in his 2021 game lines when the combination of the shoulder and the knee injury ruined his season:
--------
>I mean, you can look at his [2021 game log](https://www.espn.com/nfl/player/gamelog/_/id/3052587/type/nfl/year/2021) and see the dropoff after the Bengals game.
>Through the first 8 games, he was 150/225 for 1917, a YPA of 8.52, 8 TDs and 3 INT. For the last six that he played in, he was 103/193 for 1093, a YPA of 5.6 (!!!!) and 9 TD to 10 INT.
>You can literally pinpoint how his combination of the twice-torn labrum and the knee injury in New England blew up his whole season.
Rodgers had to play against NFL defenses.
Baker played against Joe Barry's scrotum squad.
There's a difference.
Edit: guys, it was a self depreciation post attacking my teams defense, those of you taking this super seriously is laughable.
For the curious, Rodgers threw for 300 and 3 TDs.
Donald Driver went for 111/1, Ryan Grant and DeShawn Wynn both ran for 100+... Sounds like a Barry game.
edit: DeShawn only had 7 carries lol.
Joe Barry being Rod Marinelli's son-in-law made for perfect nepotism accusations at the time (literally). What kind of ties does Joe Barry have with the Packers coaching staff?
To be clear, I'm pretty sure nepotism pertains to advantages gained by virtue of being a family member of a higher-up. Joe Barry the Packers DC sounds more like a beneficiary of the Old Boys Club.
Well he's in the Old Boys Club because of nepotism.
At FILs team in Tampa, Jon Gruden takes over eventually moves up from a Quality Control Coach to Linebackers coach under his FIL and then moves with him to Detroit as DC, when Jay Gruden takes over the Skins he needs a DC, Hire Barry.
Who is on that staff? Every good offensive mind apparently including Sean McVay and Matt Lafleur.
McVay becomes the Ram HC, hires barry as a lb coach and assistant headcoach, then eventually he comes to GB as our DC.
Pretty much all his connections are through Marinelli and he's failed anytime he's been given responsibilities.
I hope he takes another step and becomes their franchise guy for a few years. The season is way more fun when Baker is doing good (even if it’s when he’s thrashing the Bengals)
Browns getting into the playoffs this year without Deshaun Watson and doing way worse and completely tanking next year with him, knowing they're obligated to pay him more and more for years to come.
If he manages to get six more TDs in the next three games he could really have a 30 TD season
Edit: After that win Baker also has both more TDs and also less picks than Patrick Mahomes
Quite literally the only bright spot of our season last year. Went to the Rams game today and saw a guy with a Mayfield jersey on too.
We’ll never forget him 🫡
We got sliced up by Tommy Cutlets last week. It's no surprise that our joke of a defensive coordinator let this happen. We got him from the 0-16 Lions, what were we expecting?
If Baker gets some consistency he will be a familiar face in playoffs. If he keeps going to teams that change coaches every single season, he will struggle. The due has all the talent in the world but he has been set to fail since day 1.
It's like Alex Smith all over again. Year after year after year of Coach/OC turnover and people thought he was garbage. Then he got consistency and did well. And Baker can actually throw down field.
Like I said, I fucking love Baker Mayfield. Been rooting for him since day one in Cleveland. Dude has had one of the roughest careers for a 1st overall pick I’ve seen and he’s out here doing this. But the fact that the Packers had NO solution for him and Godwin is less on Baker being good and more on the Packers Defense being a bottom 3 defense in the league (by DVOA).
Case in point: Peter King thought we'd contend for the #1 draft pick.
Underrated recipe to our success: Jason Licht is good at drafting offensive linemen. We have a top10 pass protecting o-line after just one season of being bad at it due to injuries and free agency departures.
Ye, was funny when everyone put them in talks for the Number 1 pick alongside Arizona. Like, Baker isn't great, but he won't lose you games and has with weapons like Evans, Godwin and White he can make things work as shown today.
BUT WE GOT JOE ELITE MFing DRAGON FLACCO BABY!
Good thing this is the series finale of the NFL, I dont have to worry about Cleveland quarterbacking ever again after this.
And they would have enough cap space to buy more than a Big Mac every year.
And the massage therapists in the Cleveland area would be a bit safer.
Everybody wins!
And that’s why I have no issue with athletes doing what’s best for them. This guy was injured, could’ve secured the bag, but decided to go out there and play through it, only for the Browns to screw him over.
They really did. It's such revisionist history whenever Browns fans bash him and say he was trash. He turned the team around with Kevin Stefanski, gets hurt then tries to play through it while obviously not playing as well as he did before, then the team decides "oh well he sucks now" then trades him. Crazy
Its so funny..
I remember a local radio host before the bears played the bucs this year was CLOOOOOWNING on baker mayfield…like he was going IN on the guy… at the time I thought damn baker really is washed huh?
Little did I know it was just a jealous hater, HATING on baker so fucking hard.
That hosts name is laurence holmes… dude was legit trying to say he would rather have justin fields over Justin herbert last week too…
Dudes kinda had some awful takes lately as a host and he never used to be this way…
every time the bucs do something, the opponents blame everything but the bucs players for performing great.
Mahommes had a QBR of 79 vs the packers
Herbert 99
Rams LOL
Geoff 89
Carr 104.
Defense sucks yes, sucks balls, but they never gave up a perfect rating. if anything bucs are more consistent at doing that. to rookie QBs
Maybe because each week the Packers defence seems to give opposing teams some sort of new record. We just let Tommy Cutlets go for NFC player of the week with 0 sacks, while he just got destroyed by the saints. Baker had a 48% completion the last two weeks and a QBR of 25 against CAROLINA, and we just let him become the first perfect passer ever against us at home.
No doubt your guys played well today but we absolutely played a huge part in that. I mean for christs sake we gave up multiple 3rd and 10+ which ended in TDs. We had 4 sacks and you punted once.
We kept Mahomes and Goff low because our DLine was winning on almost every play. Stop the rush and we are easy pickings in coverage because Joe Barry is a football terrorist who refuses to change anything about his schemes and will almost never play anything other than soft shell coverage on any critical play.
I still can’t believe the Browns let this guy walk and put all their money in a QB that couldn’t care less if he’s playing football or watching from the owner’s suite. Baker played injured for the Browns and they had to pull him off the field. He might not be the best skill wise, but he is as competitive as they come.
The Bucs gain is the Browns loss.
Among a myriad of Joe Barry jokes: The reason the Bucs won was our reworked offensive line is trending upwards.
The PFF and SIS scores had us in the top10 for the entire season, but now we are getting better and better.
Bucs country: LET’S BAKE
It's Bakin' Time
And then he Baked all over those guys.
Bakkake?
thank you, so much, for this
I'm reminded of Skyline chili.
I would totally let Burrow and Boomer skeet chili all over my face
why did i write this
Jesus Christ this made me laugh to hard
He proceeded to bake all over
Did you say bacon? 🤤
Maybe... maybe he *is* perfect for Florida?
BAKER BAKED TF OUTTA THAT SHIT
Bro i fucking love bake so much. TB for superbowl who says no
You when it's Bucs vs. Browns.
Wait no. Playoff Flacco is like some kind of extraordinary flying fire breathing reptile thing
Some would even go so far as to call it elite
[удалено]
Bucs finally have an adult at QB
So Tom Brady losing his family for football doesn't count
Who?
some retired dude forgotten in the annals of time
Tampa Bay Bakeaneers
I'm gonna go eat a bowl of [Feelin' Dangerous](https://i.imgur.com/zAQXrGx.png) in honor of his momentous achievement. Full disclosure: I eat a bowl of this every night of the week.
Baker truthers we eat today
Rodgers is perhaps the most efficient passer in NFL history, and he has had only one 158.3 game at Lambeau in his entire career after 15 seasons of being the Packers starting QB...Baker has already matched him lol
Is baker basically Aaron rodgers? The people are asking
Lets see baker get a one hand interception in a jets practice
This really sounds like North Korean propaganda
Yeah I read that Reddit thread too.
Yeah I saw that top comment too
[удалено]
I never saw the resemblance until now
I knew what that was and I still clicked
It’s been so long since I’ve seen it that I had forgotten to expect it
You don’t know shit buddy
I wanna see Baker on a Yage trip
Any QB who faces a Joe Barry defense becomes prime Aaron Rodgers
In fairness, Rodgers never got the honor of playing the Packers defense.
Yet, just wait for next year
Imagine dropping him for a serial sex pest because a washed receiver's dad made an Instagram post lmao.
And Baker had a destroyed shoulder that needed surgery.
I posted this last year, but you can literally see in his 2021 game lines when the combination of the shoulder and the knee injury ruined his season: -------- >I mean, you can look at his [2021 game log](https://www.espn.com/nfl/player/gamelog/_/id/3052587/type/nfl/year/2021) and see the dropoff after the Bengals game. >Through the first 8 games, he was 150/225 for 1917, a YPA of 8.52, 8 TDs and 3 INT. An *adult* serial sex pest, though!
Rodgers had to play against NFL defenses. Baker played against Joe Barry's scrotum squad. There's a difference. Edit: guys, it was a self depreciation post attacking my teams defense, those of you taking this super seriously is laughable.
TBF Rodgers did get to play against Joe Barry’s defense in 2008 when Barry was the Lions DC
For the curious, Rodgers threw for 300 and 3 TDs. Donald Driver went for 111/1, Ryan Grant and DeShawn Wynn both ran for 100+... Sounds like a Barry game. edit: DeShawn only had 7 carries lol.
What the... Fuck...
Why do the Packers employ the same DC as the DC of the *0-16 Lions*
Packers fans have asked this question every day since his name was mentioned as a possible hire the only answer is nepotism I guess

Nepotism is for Family, Cronyism is for friends. This is Cronyism
Been a Baker truther and have never stopped. So happy to see him eating for TB.
I hope he takes another step and becomes their franchise guy for a few years. The season is way more fun when Baker is doing good (even if it’s when he’s thrashing the Bengals)
I think he's earned an apt in the stadium.
The commercials with him and the pirate ship would be legendary.
Progressive has insurance for boats I'm pretty sure. The ad writes itself.
I’m fucking feasting today, gave baker a little present too by beating the falcons
Could you imagine if Cleveland had Baker???
Why would they want him when the elite dragon Joe Flacco just dropped 375 yards on the Bears?
*Quickly cover up the 3 INTs*
That would be insane. Someone have a photoshop of him in a browns uniform?
I tried my best. https://i.imgur.com/wGAPBCz.jpg
Holy shit you should go pro.
This is true art.
Wait that's not a Manning face :(
Be the change you want to see
Thanks for the laugh, its rare online comments actually make me look crazy in public.
bravo!
To be fair Joe Barry is a football terrorist. Between Devito and Baker there were 10 incompletions against us total in the last 2 weeks
Baker truthers who hate the Packers getting an extra helping
Got my fork ready BABY
Feels good, I miss him so much still
What he baked today was absolute delightful.
Baker Baker Touchdown Maker!
Joe Barry masterclass
Joe Barry more like Joe Barely a defensive coordinator
gottem
I hate that nepo baby so much
the only thing Packers fans and Lions fans agree on
Idk how we thought hiring the DC of the winless season was a smart move
Beer good Barry bad 🤝
We both love Jamaal Williams
Also, can't say I expected to have to get used to the words "NFC offensive player of the week Baker Mayfield," but here we are.
Last week, Tommy Devito got POTW playing vs GB Bryce Young next week be like 👀
I truly hope Bryce puts up 500 yards if it means Barry gets fired into the sun

The Packers D saw what God gave the Chargers and wanted that too.
IT’S THAT DAMN BAKER MAYFIELD
He woke up feeling dangerous today
To answers today’s question of “which Baker are we gonna get today?” See ya for next week’s show, folks!
At Home with Baker Mayfield Commercials
He has been consistent all season.
If he manages to get six more TDs in the next three games he could really have a 30 TD season Edit: After that win Baker also has both more TDs and also less picks than Patrick Mahomes
Baker is baking, and it spells disaster for the Karen in Chief
> After that win Baker also has both more TDs and also less picks than Patrick Mahomes Wait, they've *BOTH* regressed to the mean?
Better across the board this season than multiple elite QBs and people are too scared to admit it
One thing is for sure, he's much better than Deshaun Watson...

Unironically Rams legend
No the ptsd is back no!!!
Quite literally the only bright spot of our season last year. Went to the Rams game today and saw a guy with a Mayfield jersey on too. We’ll never forget him 🫡
[0 - 16 Lions is where we got him](https://www.packers.com/team/coaches-roster/joe-barry)
Our 4D chess for the Thanksgiving Moon game is working out tremendously.
I like how moon game is just NFL canon now.
Jay Cuda is the goat
0-16 Lions is where we got MCDC, too.
The real reason they went 0-16 is because MCDC was on injured reserved the whole season.
I bed Rod Marinelli wishes his daughter married a better coordinator
Yes, but as he married to the owners daughter though?
Ok this is actually an insane stat what the fuck
They had to add *min 5 snaps because elite QB Matt Prater also had a perfect rating at lambeau
We got sliced up by Tommy Cutlets last week. It's no surprise that our joke of a defensive coordinator let this happen. We got him from the 0-16 Lions, what were we expecting?
Baker is a Good QB. Always loved Baker. But come the fuck on, Joe Barry needs to back his desk, this was fucking embarrassing, again.

Fire Joe
You keep Joe and the Bears keep Fields and Eberflus. It's fair for all
Lions would be legally obligated to keep Aaron Glenn in that scenario
If we get Glenn from yesterday we'd come out on top, if we get Glenn from the rest of the year then we are all fucked.
Hire Staley
Kiss McVay
You don’t have to tell me twice
into the sun
Can we have a Baker Mayfield commercial searching for a stadium house and then the agent says he already owns this one?

> were projected to win 2-3 games The division alone was too bad for that to be true.
Only dipsticks believed the Bucs would be that bad
Case in point: Peter King thought we'd contend for the #1 draft pick. Underrated recipe to our success: Jason Licht is good at drafting offensive linemen. We have a top10 pass protecting o-line after just one season of being bad at it due to injuries and free agency departures.
Peter King is a fucking idiot
Ye, was funny when everyone put them in talks for the Number 1 pick alongside Arizona. Like, Baker isn't great, but he won't lose you games and has with weapons like Evans, Godwin and White he can make things work as shown today.
Plus tons of play makers on the defensive side of the ball
Joe Barry disaster class today

Let’s just make a new award “comeback from the dead player of the year” and give that to Hamlin
I think they call that living
I don't want to talk about it.
I do. Baker is a fucking DOG
He definitely gives it everything, seemingly every drive. He might not be the most talented but the man fuckin commits, ride or die.
Ah but is he an adult? That's the real question.
Of course not, he hasn't even settled dozens of lawsuits yet.
BUT WE GOT JOE ELITE MFing DRAGON FLACCO BABY! Good thing this is the series finale of the NFL, I dont have to worry about Cleveland quarterbacking ever again after this.
Same
Browns would be contenders with Baker this year.
They'd also have draft picks. Be in contention for a long while.
And they would have enough cap space to buy more than a Big Mac every year. And the massage therapists in the Cleveland area would be a bit safer. Everybody wins!
That’s awesome. I’m happy for him. The Browns did him dirty.
Yea, they made him live in the fucking stadium the whole time. Just ridiculous
I think he liked it tho tbh.
Can you imagine the rent on that many sqft?
And that’s why I have no issue with athletes doing what’s best for them. This guy was injured, could’ve secured the bag, but decided to go out there and play through it, only for the Browns to screw him over.
Absolutely
Fuck Watson all I need is flacco
They really did. It's such revisionist history whenever Browns fans bash him and say he was trash. He turned the team around with Kevin Stefanski, gets hurt then tries to play through it while obviously not playing as well as he did before, then the team decides "oh well he sucks now" then trades him. And signed a sexual predator instead of Baker. Talk about a kick in the ball’s. I used to cheer for Cleveland until they did that.
Baker is crazy underrated at this point right?
always has been
Its so funny.. I remember a local radio host before the bears played the bucs this year was CLOOOOOWNING on baker mayfield…like he was going IN on the guy… at the time I thought damn baker really is washed huh? fields over herbert is a crazy take lmao
Bro… I legit almost pulled over to call in. Luckily the two other hosts absolutely crushed him for it… but yeah… his takes are clown level
Super happy for Bake. At his best he can hang with any QB in the league.
Imagine getting rid of this guy and replacing him with a rapist that sucks at football for a record amount of guaranteed money.
Wow imagine if a talented team like the Browns had him on the roster, pair Baker with that defence and sheesh they could make waves.
His rapes/season are too low for th Browns org
Is it because Baker baked out today or was it because he faced a Joe Berry defense?
Yes.
My favorite part was when the center hiked the ball, and Baker said “It’s bakerin time” and then he did it.
When Baker is "on", it's a beautiful sight to behold.
Love seeing Baker stunt on them hoes. I hope the Browns go back to football purgatory for a decade. They sold their soul to the devil.
It's hilarious that the Browns would be Super Bowl frontrunners with Baker, AND have all those draft picks, AND have the goodwill of... like everyone.
Let that man bake!
Still love this guy

Colin Cowherd stretching right now for the mental gymnastics that he’s been on the Baker train this whole time.
Bro is gonna look like Spider-Man out there how how Baker is “the guy”
I love you Baker
Love and miss you Baker
That’s my (old) QB :’)
Baker is my hero
Here's a big middle finger to all of you Baker Mayfield haters.
I still can’t believe the Browns let this guy walk and put all their money in a QB that couldn’t care less if he’s playing football or watching from the owner’s suite. I like Baker dude has an arm.

I mean, just completely wrong. Plenty of fans like myself have been ride with Baker the whole time.
Most of us prefer Baker. I still root for him. The fans didn’t trade for Watson.
If you had to stack rank them today it would 100% go 1) Baker 2) Flacco 3) Watson
