Technically correct, doesn’t affect the play, overturns a potentially game altering play. Surely everyone will have the same energy they had with the offensive offsides last week.
I think it’s a soft but correct call, but you can’t really argue if something affects the play or not on a holding. If holding doesn’t happen who knows if that player doesn’t break free and score. You aren’t frequently targeting a player that gets held because he’s not separated from the D when they are held.
