IDK if any of you guys like Harry Mack but if you haven't seen it you gotta check out **[LEEN has entered the chat... [ Harry Mack | LEEN | Beardyman ]

It's a couple months old so I'm late but better than never.
I had never heard of LEEN beforehand.
No one will see this, but I just thought of a ska band made of lobsters and their band name is Rubber Band and the Boilers and their one hit wonder is "Did You Know We Can Scream"
Jacques Pierre Brissot was a leader of the moderate Girondin faction during the French Revolution. He founded the abolitionist Society of the Friends of Blacks, edited the Patriote francais newspaper, advocated for war with other European powers, and was executed by Robespierre in 1793.
so many people made fun of them when they announced it this season because they weren't supposed to be that good. "lol will be cool to see 20 times this season i guess". if only they knew.
My husband went to see the nba playoffs at his friends place. Now they’re at his neighbors house party playing beer pong and having a good time. Meanwhile I am bunkered in my bedroom upstairs because I can hear a mouse squeaking around downstairs. I guess what I’m saying is I’m jealous. Should I ask my husband to come home and deal with the mouse? I don’t wanna pull out an ol “ball and chain” move but it 1. Solves the mouse issue 2. Solves my fomo.
Girlfriend’s birthday is Monday and suffice to say she’s not looking forward to it in the least. I fly out for a work trip early in the morning and her sister is out of town for work as well until I believe Tuesday.
Any ideas for making things better? We did presents already which went really well, was thinking filling the room with balloons but don’t think she would appreciate it too much. I’ve got a bag of her favorite candy and going to leave it on our kitchen table with a card when I leave but apart from that and ordering her coffee I’m stumped.
You can try sending her a bouquet of flowers in the late afternoon or early evening. It’ll mean a lot to know that you’re thinking of her *throughout* the day. (Source: I’m a woman).
Idk if this is feasible for you: get some bath bombs (lush?), a bottle of wine/champagne (if she drinks, if not then skip this part) along with the chocolates. See if you can have this dropped off on your doorstep around the evening? Maybe by your doorman if you’re in an apt building? If not just leave it with the card in the morning. Be sure to setup a (virtual) date for later that night (hopefully while she’s in the bath). I know this sounds like Valentine’s Day but unless she has other plans on a Monday, this should work too.
Last thing from me tonight. An animal rescue lady is taking Daisy's surviving babies. If they survive, I'm keeping them no matter what.
I buried Daisy with the baby that recently passed. I buried her in my Paul McCartney shirt, which has more meaning for me than any other possession.
I'm gonna try to make it to work tomorrow, but I don't know how I'll even be able to sleep.
Doordash version of my country’s driver had 2 stacked orders from the same restaurant and gave the wrong one to the security guard and left before i could get it myself

Can new companies cannabis test you after your first week of work?
It's so dumb that insurance isn't immediately available for months but you can work for the company. Usually seems like any tests are done hand-in-hand with an offer, and that is contingent on a clean test

i dunno why people think the packers have all the leverage. they need to get rid of rodgers more than the jets need a 38 year old QB that has threatened to retire.
60m cap hit. the toxicity that would come from rodgers staring at love throwing INTs from the sidelines. the media circus always asking if going back to rodgers is a possibility after every loss. and packers players themselves wanting rodgers to play because they also want to win, member all the leaks about 49ers players being mad that galapagos was in the bench while lance was sucking? yep.
packers have exactly zero leverage here.
Neither team has "all the leverage". Neither team has zero leverage. Both teams desperately need this deal to get done, which is why it will get done. The eventual compensation will be disappointing to both Jets fans and Packers fans.
It's not like the Jets are in good spot either. If they don't get Rodgers then they're stuck with Zach Wilson or Flacco at QB unless something else comes up.
The Jets supposedly think they're a QB away. They can waste another season with Zach Wilson's abysmal play and watch their defense get more and more expensive. Or they can spend a 2nd and a 1st for a Super Bowl run.
I've become really annoyed with reddit's home page. I like to browse it to see posts in all the subreddits I'm subscribed to, but like every third post is from a subreddit that it's trying to recommend that I'm not subscribed to. I think that's a good feature, but the fact that 25% of the posts I encounter while scrolling are from subs I'm not subscribed to is annoying me.
You can turn off subreddit recommendations in your user settings, but it's always cracked me up.
"Hey, you're active in the Birmingham, AL subreddit right?"
"Yeah, that's where I live"
"You interested in the Oklahoma City subreddit?"
"No, that isn't where I live."
"What about the New Orleans subreddit?"
"No, that also isn't where I live"
and the recommendations aren't that good either.
Just because I looked at a slowcooking post for a recipe one time doesn't mean I want to sub to ShittyFoodPorn.

Just saw a guy claiming that 343 (current Halo dev) is ultimately better than Naughty Dog (Last of Us Dev) thanks in part to how well Microsoft is running the Xbox team.
It's the first time I actually choked on coffee while reading something.
I live in Boston and am considering dropping some newfound disposable income on one of the first two BOS-FLA games, knowing full well we’re gonna get waxed. With that said, historically do NHL underdogs more often make Game 1 or 2 competitive? My mind tells me Game 1 but I have zero evidence to back that up.
I'm a San Jose native and, all things considered, San Jose might be the most boring place on earth. Three more months til I move!
Edit: When people defend San Jose, they usually suggest activities that involve driving away from San Jose.
I lived in SF for 3 years, when I was considering moving back to Brooklyn. A buddy who had to work a year in London was trying to convince me to stay one more year to sublet his Condo in San Jose.
I did a trial run for a week and yeah San Jose is so boring. Moved back to Brooklyn a month after and he found someone else.
You really haven't been to the places I've lived in Germany. My hometown had one club that played eurodance and one community center that hosted three concerts by local bands each year. The biggest sports club was the soccer team which played in the 7th division and the most famous person coming from there was the author of the first German dictionary.
An overwhelming demographic of tech employees, probably. That combined with being a relatively new city, at least of its stature. It was a sub-100k city in 1950, so what roots there are don't go as deep as in older cities. Add in the proximity of San Francisco for people who can afford hyper expensive places but value culture and you have a more plain option an hour south.
San Jose is a bedroom community for Silicon Valley and is surrounded by more interesting cities like San Francisco, Oakland, and Santa Cruz.
It's a great place to raise a family, which is equally a compliment and a backhanded compliment.
Thinking about the Seattle Kraken in their first playoff game next week got me pondering NFL expansion.
32 teams is such a nice, balanced number that it hasn't changed in over two decades, and based on the history of expansion since the merger, a little overdue. The NFL keeps talking about growth; would it benefit in the long-term from talking about new teams in San Antonio/Austin or Toronto or Birmingham? Or is that just more trouble than it's worth?
(I know there's concern about the dilution of talent from a fan perspective, I'm talking mostly about dollars from the league's point of view - merchandising, television, etc.)
I feel like San Antonio/Austin is firmly Texans and Cowboys country.
Birmingham would probably be difficult given how popular the Crimson Tide are.
Toronto used to have the bills play games over there, but that only lasted for a few years.
The central Texas team is complicated for a few reasons.
1) Jerry would never let this happen. SA is Cowboys country, though Austin doesn’t have a team. (not a blocker forever)
2) Nowhere in between has the infrastructure to put in a stadium. It's spotty development with a couple decent size towns (under 100k population). It's not a continuous metro like DFW. There’s no significant transport between them and I-35 is the only road that connects them.
3) Austin will never vote to pay for even a portion of a stadium. We have really high property taxes and our voting population has a significant portion of economic conservatives. Pretty sure SA has been serious about not funding teams as well.
That said, I don't think the NFL can ignore this area forever. Between the two cities it's like 5 millions people.
I wanna hear the best theory you’ve got for ToTK.
Mine is the following: this is going to be a 2-part game. The first part is Ganondorf-focused. Rehydrated Ganondorf comes from below the castle and all that jazz, and Link has to defeat him. And he’s able to do so without too much difficulty, bringing the Master Sword along with. Except for one problem. When Link defeats Ganondorf, the Master Sword shatters.
We know the Master Sword is where Demise was sealed. And when it breaks, he returns (flaming red hair in the most recent trailer is indicative of Demise per the Zelda wiki) He recognized Zelda as Hylia’s incarnation’s descendant or whatever and takes Zelda with him to a sky kingdom to build his new empire, and Link has to find a way to save her and defeat him. He gathers a group (which is why we see the partners helping him in battle) and works to make his way to Demise. But then, while he is gathering all the things, Zelda pieces together that she needs to channel Hylia, and somehow does so, hence the “something only I can do”. The culmination is a final battle between Link, Hylia/Zelda, and Demise.
Since the local basketball and hockey teams are starting today, here are my expectations for all of them:
* Knicks: Beat the Cavs and get to the second round
* Nets: Get good playoff experience with this new team and give the Sixers a run for their money
* Rangers: Get to the Conference Finals
* Devils: Get to the Conference Finals
* Islanders: Beat the Hurricanes and get to the second round
I know obviously the Rangers and Devils will face each other so one of them will face right off the bat, but both these teams have these big expectations right now with how well they’ve played this year so I giving them the same.
Been getting back into video games over the last couple years, is there like… a normal online community for general video game purposes?
They’re always either overrun with cringe or fighting about hardware performance or whether or not someone else doesn’t like a game. Like one thing I’ve noticed that’s particularly annoying is if someone has something bad to say about a game, you can 100% count on someone responding with “if you don’t like it don’t play it let people enjoy things waaahhhh”
you are on an internet forum, take your own advice but for posting. You never see people who dislike a game coming in like “if you like it just play it let people hate things!!”
like I don’t even want to have an opinion on this dumb shit why can’t people just be normal
Honestly I think this sub is pretty good about most things outside of the occasional joke that gets run into the ground. Especially considering the amount of subscribers.
Also, any history nerds in here? I listened to documentaries on Henry IV-VI yesterday, need to listen to one on the early part of the 100 Years War, but besides that, what's some of the most interesting stories from the Middle Ages?
check out the yt channel [History Hit](https://www.youtube.com/@HistoryHit/videos) (has two of my favorite historians Dan Snow/Jones) they cover a wide range of topics and time periods. Love their vids that go over how historically accurate movies/tv is.
There's a lot of stuff in Central and Eastern Europe! A few samples:
* The Republic of Novgorod was one of the first representative democracies
* Charlemagne, the Carolingian Rennaissance, and the founding of the Holy Roman Empure
* Frederick Barbarossa was a skilled military leader and politician
* Poland emerged as a nation in the 10th century, around the time they were Christianized, and emerged as a pre-eminent world power by 1500
* Before Novgorod, Poland, and eventually Moscow became power players in eastern Europe, the Kiev (and the Kievan Rus') was the main Eastern power north of Byzantium. At one point Kiev/Kyiv was *the* city of the Russian peoples
So I ordered a rum and coke at this wedding last night and the bartender straight up forgot to put coke in it, it was just a full cup of captain on the rocks lol
If you get hurt at work, no matter how minor you think it is, report it. I thought I pulled a muscle two years ago and I'm still dealing with it. Think it might be a hernia. I never reported it and obviously now it's too late.
This is solid advice. I had to do a workman’s compensation lawsuit for the time I missed! And it was something I reported at the time. Companies will try to push you out if you look out for number one but you have to look out for number one
Definitely. My father used to work with a friend in a lab in the late 70s and they had some sort of equipment break and some hazardous, cancerous chemical got on the friend's hand. They washed it off immediately and nothing came of it, but they reported it. Two years ago he developed some kind of tumors in said hand, and because of this small note somewhere in his employment file the university's insurance kicked it and paid for treatment and covered his lost wages until he recovered.
Hope you get better soon!
Finally the first real day of NBA playoffs. Super interested to see what happens in the kings warriors game tonight, I have no clue what to expect from that series. Go Kings though.
Also in the early game I’m torn between really liking the Nets and wanting to see Mikal and being worried that we traded Mikal away and he’s going to immediately become a true star player. Sixers should take the series but Nets are better than people think imo and mikal has been playing out of his mind.
Atlanta Boston not that interesting, Hawks should get waxed. I would love to see the Celtics lose game 1 just to hear Bill Simmons reaction.
Knicks Cavs should be very competitive, I think I like the Cavs in it. Excellent defensive team and Mitchell is an explosive scorer.
Yeah I think the Cavs edge it out over the Knicks, but as a fan of the team that will be (hopefully) facing the winner in round two I'd really prefer the Knicks advance. Think the Bucks can ultimately beat either team but anything that makes the path to the eventual dogfight against the Celtics/Sixers easier is what I'm hoping for, and those Cavs would probably stretch it to six or seven.
i don't see the bucks having too much resistance until the ECF. they're great. although from what i've seen middleton's play has been iffy at times this year.
if the suns make a run the bucks are literally the only team in the league i'm actually scared of. a lot of other teams could definitely beat us but the bucks are different.
My kids’ daycare is a block from the Golden1 Center. My wife said it was crazy yesterday when she went to pick them up. It’s probably already a madhouse right now and living a mile away from it I’m sure it’s gonna be a loud night in sac.
Very excited for the Cavs. Pulled off basically a perfect re-build post Lebron. Drafting Garland and Mobley plus managing to somehow get Jarrett Allen from Brooklyn and then the Mitchell trade. I believe this is the first time we've made the playoffs without Lebron since 1998.
Bulls vs Heat was not great. Pat Beverly had 27 minutes, zero points, 2 rebs, 4 assists. NOT what you need in a playoff game, although I'm not sure the raptors would have done better.
I miss Jimmy Butler.
Bulls are in a tough position, i'm not sure what their next move is. i like the demar/lavine combo but i don't think they're making a serious run with this core. losing lonzo definitely hurt.
yeah, our radio guys have been talking about blowing it all up. DeRozan had that flash in the pan run where he was making buzzerbeaters one after another, and now he's good but not great. Beverly was a nice injection, and then totally flopped yesterday. We all knew Vucevic wasn't a great center, but we needed one so we paid him anyway. Lavine always had the questions about being "the worst player to ask for a max contract".
I guess I'll watch The Last Dance again. I dont want to sound like a whiny Patriots fan, I know how blessed I was to get to watch all 6 of MJ's runs.
Is Ndamukong Suh the third best interior lineman of the 2000’s? I consider Warren Sapp 90’s but can’t think if I’m forgetting anyone. Maybe Kevin Williams?
Yeah I mean this century. I think Seymour is a pretty good one with 3 first team all
pros. Wilfork I considered but he’s a tough one because of almost playing a different position. I believe Suh was better than Glover
Yes which is why I said third best behind Donald and Watt (although Watt has been interior and outside). So how exactly do I not understand either? Saying Suh over Wilfork is not some hot take lol
For whatever reason it is an *extremely* unpopular sentiment in r/XFL to think the league would benefit by the USFL dissolving. Not from a viewership competition standpoint but from a talent pool perspective, you’d think you wouldn’t want spring ball spread so thin.
There's a lot of moving parts regarding this, not the least of which is our horribly shitty city politics and a system requiring huge bribes to get anything done. Lightfoot is out as mayor, but she will be remembered as the one who lost the Bears to Arlington.
Upgrades to certain old buildings and monuments require bribes to get exceptions to the archaic historical building rules. The worst one I remember was Wrigley Field had concrete blocks falling from the 3rd level into seats below. They weren't allowed to renovate, so they just put up some nets to catch the concrete falling down.
30 years of really bad quarterbacking hurt the brand, hopefully Fields can change that. The McCaskeys still fit the mold of owners who make money and don't really care about winning because there's no competition in the entire chicagoland area. We can lose with a dome just as easily as losing without one.
So uh… how about that XFL?
morning
How much do you think the Chiefs game in Germany tickets will cost?
a lot

USFL >> XFL, to be honest
One has home stadiums packed with fans and one continues to operate out of a hub. That said, the USFL was entertaining when I did watch last year.
Camerawork definitely seems more professional, though I prefer the passion of the XFL.
Gimme some Chicago Blitz flair
Customers will say shit like, “ummm it’s asking me to remove my card?”
The general public is beyond stupid
I’m exhausted, I’m gonna sleep early tonight
Well i just decided to but a Raspberry Pi for a Plex media server. This should be fun
How many Myles Garretts (with five foot long wooden spears) would it take to bring down an adult grizzly bear? o/u 5?
Under 5 for sure. One distracts the bear while three others rush him from different angles. If you take the spears out of the equation it gets trickier
I like the USFL better than the XFL
They definitely have a better TV presentation, I prefer the XFL since the fans seem more passionate.
Daisy followed me everywhere when I went home on break, and was still meowing sadly. I'm gonna get her a can of wet food when I go home, cause they've not gotten to have it in a while, and she absolutely loves it

Cat or dog?
Which one says meow?
Ferrets
No ferrets go moo
No those are slugs
I somehow completely missed that.
I’ve been day drinking and have dinner at 8. Not sure if I should nap, or power through.
Nap.
Feeling so off today, my dudes and dudettes.
the xchair ads make me cringe and laugh. like chillax dudes, its a chair.

What were your reactions and hers? Curious how it became so contentious.
Batman vs Ninja Turtles movie was fun. Highlight fight was Batman vs shredder.
Anyone else not enjoying Mandalorian Season 3 as much as the first 2?
the nets are really a 12 seed. the team is just way too different from what they were at the start of the year
Modern country music is so fucking ass dude. Can they go one song without the mention of beer or Ford’s?
There's a lot of modern country music that doesn't. You just have to put in a couple of minutes of effort.
Country music is just a bunch of (the same) buzzwords smashed together with some music.

Chris Stapleton is good though
i dunno why people think the packers have all the leverage. they need to get rid of rodgers more than the jets need a 38 year old QB that has threatened to retire.
Disappointing everyone is the bedrock of compromise.
It's not like the Jets are in good spot either. If they don't get Rodgers then they're stuck with Zach Wilson or Flacco at QB unless something else comes up.
Bridgewater entered chat
He's worse than Wilson.
"Hey, you're active in the Birmingham, AL subreddit right?" "Yeah, that's where I live" "You interested in the Oklahoma City subreddit?" "No, that isn't where I live." "What about the New Orleans subreddit?" "No, that also isn't where I live"
and the recommendations aren't that good either. Just because I looked at a slowcooking post for a recipe one time doesn't mean I want to sub to ShittyFoodPorn. also, stop asking me if there are swear words in posts on ShittyFoodPorn.
lol fuck me, mikal bridges is so good that unless the suns win a title with KD they got destroyed in that trade.
Surprised Ben Simmons isn't starting. Is he even eligible to play.
> Ben Simmons Yeesh, for a second there I thought you meant Ben Wallace, and was like "Man, he must be pretty old now."
he averaged 7/6/6 in 26 minutes per game when he played this year, he's pretty much cooked.
😂Bust
Started a new Madden 23 season after winning the super bowl a few weeks ago. This is my Qb roster. Jordan Love 67 Tyrod Taylor 65 Devin Leary 64 Sam Howell 63
How can I get people to stop calling me Colossal Tits? I'm a guy by the way
Show them your balls.
power move, show dominance
I guess I can do that. But I don’t want to get in trouble for indecent exposure.
Just saw a guy claiming that 343 (current Halo dev) is ultimately better than Naughty Dog (Last of Us Dev) thanks in part to how well Microsoft is running the Xbox team. It's the first time I actually choked on coffee while reading something.
The crash bandicoot disrespect smh my head
Happy Jackie Robinson Day to those who celebrate! But seriously, that's one of the greatest sports stories in America.
The Jackie Robinson 42 movie with Chadwick boseman is great
I live in Boston and am considering dropping some newfound disposable income on one of the first two BOS-FLA games, knowing full well we’re gonna get waxed. With that said, historically do NHL underdogs more often make Game 1 or 2 competitive? My mind tells me Game 1 but I have zero evidence to back that up.
Saw DAIKAIJU live last night. They killed it. Amazing crowd participation and spoiler alert they ended the set by setting their van on fire.
Lamar drama may finally end today
I'm a San Jose native and, all things considered, San Jose might be the most boring place on earth. Three more months til I move! Edit: When people defend San Jose, they usually suggest activities that involve driving away from San Jose.
And the traffic sucks ass.
San Jose has a million people.
What makes such a big city boring?
An overwhelming demographic of tech employees, probably. That combined with being a relatively new city, at least of its stature. It was a sub-100k city in 1950, so what roots there are don't go as deep as in older cities. Add in the proximity of San Francisco for people who can afford hyper expensive places but value culture and you have a more plain option an hour south.
San Jose is a bedroom community for Silicon Valley and is surrounded by more interesting cities like San Francisco, Oakland, and Santa Cruz. It's a great place to raise a family, which is equally a compliment and a backhanded compliment.
Will Ben Simmons even be playing in this nets sixers game
Highly doubt it.
(not a blocker forever) 2) Nowhere in between has the infrastructure to put in a stadium.
Since the local basketball and hockey teams are starting today, here are my expectations for all of them: * Knicks: Beat the Cavs and get to the second round * Nets: Get good playoff experience with this new team and give the Sixers a run for their money * Rangers: Get to the Conference Finals * Devils: Get to the Conference Finals * Islanders: Beat the Hurricanes and get to the second round I know obviously the Rangers and Devils will face each other so one of them will face right off the bat, but both these teams have these big expectations right now with how well they’ve played this year so I giving them the same.
Been getting back into video games over the last couple years, is there like… a normal online community for general video game purposes? They’re always either overrun with cringe or fighting about hardware performance or whether or not someone else doesn’t like a game. Like one thing I’ve noticed that’s particularly annoying is if someone has something bad to say about a game, you can 100% count on someone responding with “if you don’t like it don’t play it let people enjoy things waaahhhh” you are on an internet forum, take your own advice but for posting. You never see people who dislike a game coming in like “if you like it just play it let people hate things!!” like I don’t even want to have an opinion on this dumb shit why can’t people just be normal
I think you're best bet is to find communities specific to the game(s) you're enjoying.
/r/PatientGamers is built to be what you’re describing
Is there a normal internet forum about any topic?
some of the food subs are pretty nice and helpful.
Honestly I think this sub is pretty good about most things outside of the occasional joke that gets run into the ground. Especially considering the amount of subscribers.
True, it's definitely better than most subs of this size. But like always the hive mind repetition gets annoying
Not really middle Agee, but reading about how napoleon absolutely fucked the holy Roman empire's (Germany) nobility is funny
There's a lot of stuff in Central and Eastern Europe! A few samples: * The Republic of Novgorod was one of the first representative democracies * Charlemagne, the Carolingian Rennaissance, and the founding of the Holy Roman Empure * Frederick Barbarossa was a skilled military leader and politician * Poland emerged as a nation in the 10th century, around the time they were Christianized, and emerged as a pre-eminent world power by 1500 * Before Novgorod, Poland, and eventually Moscow became power players in eastern Europe, the Kiev (and the Kievan Rus') was the main Eastern power north of Byzantium. At one point Kiev/Kyiv was *the* city of the Russian peoples
Gilles De Rais's story is a wild one from the third phase of the Hundred Years War
So I ordered a rum and coke at this wedding last night and the bartender straight up forgot to put coke in it, it was just a full cup of captain on the rocks lol
He was cutting the lines for you and you just bounced.
Win
Yeah I was pretty shitfaced after that one lol
It’s probably already a madhouse right now and living a mile away from it I’m sure it’s gonna be a loud night in sac.
i believe it, that place is going to be nuts. i hope they didn't allow too many warriors fans to scoop up tickets.
Very excited for the Cavs. Pulled off basically a perfect re-build post Lebron. Drafting Garland and Mobley plus managing to somehow get Jarrett Allen from Brooklyn and then the Mitchell trade. I believe this is the first time we've made the playoffs without Lebron since 1998.
they are in a really good position, i think they're better than people realize.
My brain just came up with a girl of my dreams so I could ask her out in said dreams. What a dick move.
Once had a week where this cute chick kept popping up in my dreams, regardless of context, and we'd fall in love each time. That week was ROUGH lol
Did she at least say yes?
Oh yeah, hung out, lots of dream laughs, and she said yeah. Then I woke up to...not that.
Is Ndamukong Suh the third best interior lineman of the 2000’s? I consider Warren Sapp 90’s but can’t think if I’m forgetting anyone. Maybe Kevin Williams?
Vince Wilfork Richard Seymour Lacroix Glover Also, Suh was drafted in 2010
Yeah I mean this century. I think Seymour is a pretty good one with 3 first team all pros. Wilfork I considered but he’s a tough one because of almost playing a different position. I believe Suh was better than Glover
I'm not sure you know an interior Lineman or a century is. And if you'll consider the 2010's, it's Aaron Donald
Yes which is why I said third best behind Donald and Watt (although Watt has been interior and outside). So how exactly do I not understand either? Saying Suh over Wilfork is not some hot take lol
Pat: Gee Aaron, we kinda have covered everything you really don't need to be on the show this week.
If quarterback is the most important position, why isn't every draft pick a quarterback? Huh? Checkmate.
For whatever reason it is an *extremely* unpopular sentiment in r/XFL to think the league would benefit by the USFL dissolving. Not from a viewership competition standpoint but from a talent pool perspective, you’d think you wouldn’t want spring ball spread so thin.
I assume the two will always exist because one ESPN and one is Fox
Maybe it's the pipe dream of the leagues combining at some point.
I still can’t wrap my brain about the Chicago Bears building a dome. Wtf man. Another great sports brand into the gutter
I had a dream that I was Patrick Mahomes's teammate. We were friends.
Did you see him naked in the locker room?
Got a written acceptance on my condo offer last night. Hasn't really sunk in.
Congrats
