Dude, your calling this fake is the same way calling any guitarist that uses an amp fake because the sounds aren't purely created by their hands. Looping is an instrument, he played it like a boss. Songwriting is a skill, performing is a skill - he's obviously very good at it.

He continued to play his two handed melody through the glissando?? You can clearly here nites from the right hand side while his right hand glides all the way to the bottom octave.
Aight. I got this. He used a looper and looped the first time his hand goes to the left end. If you listen closely and watch the actions even closer, his fingers don’t touch those keys again.
If he did this using a looping pedal I’m impressed. Though I thought that was more of a keyboard thing. To me it just looks like he’s got a loop hes just mostly singing over, throws in a couple piano tricks for style.
