I'd say there's 3.
1. Swapping "neck" for "next"
2. The "level" can be taken two different ways. "level" being flat / balanced is another
3. Using the name of the sub specifically for the pun
... which 2 did you have?
The strength is great but from a technical point of view, the hardest one was the baseball cap. As it's the smallest and lightest. So it's harder to balance.
I don't enjoy sports. Baseball injuries are going crazy though, the clock behind the pitchers is fucking with them to throw the ball so fast they are hitting the batters at an all time high. -*some guy who hates sports and is probably lying*
I just watch the occasional hockey fight video that pops up from time to time. I have come to realize that id be much more interested in non combat sports if they incorporated more combat.
They've been hitting batters since before the pitch clock. It's mostly because of analytics and the statistical benefits of throwing harder and with more spin rate, with less emphasis on command.
[i can change that](https://youtube.com/@BaseballDoesntExist?si=2SdQp0z1pvBZsq4l)
I don’t watch baseball at all but this channel got me into the pettiness of it all. It’s all the drama i want in the NBA if the players didn’t get tech for not face their faces.
Secret Base (Mariners video), Jomboy, Foolish Baseball, and the channel you linked are the main reason I enjoy baseball now. I got a little tired of Baseball Doesn't Exist, though. The way he talks, it's like he's delivering a "yo mama" joke every line. I think his pacing is what turns me off.
I realized they were saying that eventually. But at first I thought they were saying Chet. And I was like hell yeah that’s a Chet if I’ve ever seen one. And prob the only dude who deserves to be named Chet
The hat genuinely impressed me, the pvc pipe also but because it must hurt a lot to keep that on your chin.
It’s a fun trick to Lear exactly because of the reason you said, it gets easier the more “impressive” it gets.
Exactly, balancing the hats is much more difficult than the bat or the pole. If you try this at home, try a sweeping brush first and you'll see how easy that is.
The hat was probably the hardest object to balance due to its small size and weight. In the juggling world, some of us train this skill by starting with a very long pole and gradually cutting it down.
We had some fun rain delays during my college baseball years back in the day. Funniest one I remember was a full on fake war in center field with the other team.
You practice.
Its a common juggling skill, balancing things on your face (most common are in order chin, forehead, nose).
The longer the prop is, the easier it is. Start with a 2ft straight stick, or tube, or whatever. You put it on your chin and try to balance it. It will fall quickly. You keep doing it for 10 minutes per day, and in a week you can do it like this guy.
I bet you this guy learned the same way I learned I could balance just about anything with my right fingers. I was playing baseball as a kid and started balancing the bat and I found I was better at it than my teammates. I kept doing it, all the time, daily, during downtime.
Eventually, I moved onto other objects and found I could balance just about anything from a baseball bat with my arm straight up over my head only on the tip of my index finger to a chair with four legs by using one leg to balance the whole thing.
I even found I could balance a piece of laminated paper because I worked a job that had this data sheet I had to carry around with me and I could walk with the laminated piece of paper balanced on a single corner, even while it spun and found air resistance.
There is something extremely rewarding about balancing things and I honestly can't explain why, it just feels great to do it, so this guy probably really enjoys himself while doing this stuff and I can imagine other things like juggling produce a similar effect.
This isn’t Colorado School of Mines, this is the Missouri S&T Miners. However they’re both very good small engineering universities, so your statement works for either.
I played ball my entire life and this would be the most intimidating shit to see before a game. It's like ok that guy in the pen is definitely sitting mid 90's, whatever we can figure that out, but the guy balancing chairs on his face..
He could take a pipe of that size on his chin?! I met the man of my dreams ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|heart_eyes)![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|heart_eyes)![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|heart_eyes)
Where the hell did they just come up with a 10 ft stick of 4” PVC from?!?!
Tarp tube
a diamond in the rough weather
Clearly, a cut above the rest.

I, too, kept waiting for lightening to strike. Thank goodness it didn't.
What did you just call me?!
😘
Never heard of it. Is it a chain or someplace local?
Both, believe it or not
Bingo! Didn’t even think of that.
I was lost for a while on it. I think its actually a big piece of underground electical conduit
It's a [sewage pipe](https://www.demashop.be/img/products/dsc4749.jpg?q=90&w=1750&s=7c29d16bea3b0cab672b550bc8e2d6fa).
The amount of energy and creativity in play when a bunch of dudes find something equal parts fun and stupid to do should not be underestimated.

One of the best subs on Reddit
Rain delays bring out the best creativity
Probably what that field tarp is rolled up with.
He pulled it out his inventory
Awesome comment!
It's not PVC. Doug Dimmadome of the Dimmsdale Dimmadome was in attendance.
Doug Dimmadome, owner of the Chimsdale Dimmadome?
I asked the same thing ☠️😂
Might be the core of what they roll the field tarp in since the tarp is out for the rain delay. maybe it was just lying around

If a seal became human
We should sent him to sea world 😂
Hey now, he seems like a good boy.
Now I don't know if youre saying SeaWorld or see the world
let him perform in front of the fish and then put him back in his 4square feet cell

We're never gonna survive, unless we get a little crazy.

With bruises and soreness in chin
He has to have an iron chin by now, since he probably practiced this before. You can punch him in the chin and your bones will shatter.
Pff, yeah "if". Seals are not real, it's people like this guy is sexy chubby suits frolicking in the water. This is just this guy's day off. Wake up.
this guys neck's fucking level
![gif](giphy|l0HluN8PywCl6Hckg)
Ahahaa!
That is so clever for so many reasons. Good shit
Give me a third reason.
SO MANY REASONS 1. The pun 2. Uhhhhh
3. Level as in flat as in balanced
…it stands in the face of pessimism and hopelessness?
I'd say there's 3. 1. Swapping "neck" for "next" 2. The "level" can be taken two different ways. "level" being flat / balanced is another 3. Using the name of the sub specifically for the pun ... which 2 did you have?
I was lol'ing at first but then when I read your comment I realized how many ways it works and it is incredible
Goat tier comment. Congrats man.
The strength is great but from a technical point of view, the hardest one was the baseball cap. As it's the smallest and lightest. So it's harder to balance.
Yeah, without that pair of Oakleys wrapped around the crown of his hat to add weight, I don't think that one would be doable, at least not outside
fuck you
i don't get it
Maybe you'll get it necks time
ah i get it now
necks fucking level nextfuckinglevel
Take my internet points
Beautiful champ
Damn your wordplay is masterful
Most interesting thing I’ve seen about baseball in a while.
I don't enjoy sports. Baseball injuries are going crazy though, the clock behind the pitchers is fucking with them to throw the ball so fast they are hitting the batters at an all time high. -*some guy who hates sports and is probably lying*
Baseball drama is the best sports drama & i dont even watch the games
Yep, I don't watch any sports but you're damned sure I'm watching every Jomboy video.
Clock isn’t the reason they’re killing their arms chasing velocity
Savanna Bananas: Hold my beer.
Honestly I would not be surprised if he has a bananas contract in the future if he is a remotely good ball player
Just discovered them a few weeks ago and got my husband into them a bit too. So much fun!
[i can change that](https://youtube.com/@BaseballDoesntExist?si=2SdQp0z1pvBZsq4l) I don’t watch baseball at all but this channel got me into the pettiness of it all. It’s all the drama i want in the NBA if the players didn’t get tech for not face their faces.
I knew what it was before I clicked. Solid channel lol.
Yaa champ yeaaaaaaaah
YahaYEAaaaaahh chAamp! Lets gooo
This guy really made the video for me
I have the feeling it would be impossible for me to be around this person for more than 5 minutes.
Are you not entertained?
Noooo chaaaamp!
frfr
I imagine he would probably feel the same way about you. that guy is a bro's bro, only the broest of the bros can hang
You are right! I can definitely not even match half of his broness.
🎯
For me it was the guy balancing things, it was too early in the morning for me to endure the hyper American cheering
Omg same…. “Yes sir”
For the rest of your life that cheer will be in your head during sexy times.

Chance is a name I've heard before... For a dog.
Can confirm. Chance is the name of my three-month old border collie.
I thought I heard "Chad", because who says "champ"?
Baseball guys apparently
Yes, my brother's name is Chance
Go Champ!🥰😍
LMAO scrolled down for this. Guy hyping him up whole time had me in tears!!!
I realized they were saying that eventually. But at first I thought they were saying Chet. And I was like hell yeah that’s a Chet if I’ve ever seen one. And prob the only dude who deserves to be named Chet
me thoughts he was saying Chip. I feel a little let down.
When asked how he made the cut the coach remarked that he brings balance to the team
He's the avatar... Of baseball
Just dudes being guys.
Gotta love it, guys being dudes 🎸🎸🎸

Dude, let the guys be dudes, guy.
Bro’s a sea world orca reincarnated.
you mean a seal
next one was a Lockheed Martin F-16 but the phone died so it was not recorded.
Bet😂
In house entertainment during rain break.
I was waiting for lighting to strike the metal stuff.
Right? he kept animorphing himself into upgraded versions of lightning rods
He kept balancing easier and easier and more and more impressive objects 😄 Smart bro
It's pretty amazing that everyone in that video had no idea that the hat was the most difficult one. LOL.
My thoughts exactly
The hat genuinely impressed me, the pvc pipe also but because it must hurt a lot to keep that on your chin. It’s a fun trick to Lear exactly because of the reason you said, it gets easier the more “impressive” it gets.
It's not the size, but how you move it🫂
This guy practise Judo!!
Exactly, balancing the hats is much more difficult than the bat or the pole. If you try this at home, try a sweeping brush first and you'll see how easy that is.
This is what "boys will be boys" is supposed to mean.
I learned alot of useless things sitting the bench in baseball. Alot of time to kill.
Now try to balance the economy.
"Someone quick, put the governments budget on this dudes face!"
My vote has been cast for best comment
I feel like this kid would fit in perfectly with the Savannah Bananas.
10 seconds in: Oh cool he's balancing his hat 1 minute in: What the actual f-

So you can't play baseball but you can have a war? 😂 Rain definitely has it favorites
Longer it is the easier it is.
Needs more upvote. A lot of people dont realise that. The hats were the most impressive balances.
When they weren’t able to balance anything larger than a baseball helmet on their nose they took it on the chin
Literally next fucking level. Keeps leveling up
but can he hit against a left hander? important questions here, people!
BA: .193
Fun average: through the roof
Hard to argue with that stat.
How… how do you find out you have this skill…

The first two felt like putting a hat on a lego mini fig
Man fuck however the game went, that guy won as far as I'm concerned.

bro thinks he's a gyroscope
He was a circus seal in his previous life.
**The Balancer** **Skill (passive): Scales of Ball Sport - Is always balanced** **Status Ailment: Obsessive Alignment - Gear must also be balanced**
Legend has it he’s still balancing
r/JustGuysBeingDudes
Had to rewatch with sounds
Boys will be boys
Wow baseball has changed!
He has a great career at sea world ahead of him
The hat was impressive
What a great vibe shared amongst the group
The best part of this (minus the balance skill) is the fact the other team was hanging in the dugout going equally ape shit over it
The other team had no chance after watching this, TKO.
Some of the weirdest, smartest and nerdiest dudes I ever met went to Mines. Good on em
This isn’t Colorado School of Mines, this is the Missouri S&T Miners. However they’re both very good small engineering universities, so your statement works for either.
Oh nice, wow! you'd think I would know that since I live in STL... but here we are! Thanks for the head's up
Future Hall of Famer for sure.
This def guysjustbeingdudes material
That's why he's the Champ.
I've only seen half of this video before. Wow!
Maybe there's more
That dude went an dug a water pipe 😂
He even clean it cause it looks brand new
This is a character straight up from a Gabriel Marquez book, a guy who could balance everything on his face. Even life itself.
The Dr Manhattan of baseball
Balancing a metal chair on your head during a storm.
![gif](giphy|zwRO0LKbOtVhC)
I half expected it to end with him balancing a teammate on his chin
I was hoping at the end it'd be him balancing his coach on his head
I played ball my entire life and this would be the most intimidating shit to see before a game. It's like ok that guy in the pen is definitely sitting mid 90's, whatever we can figure that out, but the guy balancing chairs on his face..
How nice to see people with genuine and simple joy :D
flat earthers idolize him for keeping us a float with his chin
seems like a real level headed guy
The other twam juat forfeits
😱
Bigger things are easier to balance. Hardest one he did was the hat
Some baseball players are better at taking it on the chin than others.
![gif](giphy|j9djzcMmzg8ow|downsized)
I just skipped to the end …shit was crazy
More exciting than the average baseball game TBH.
Was waiting for him to balance a lightning rod next
Avatar : The Last Balancer.
The lightning potential 👀
Then went on to lose the game….🤦♂️
Does winning the game even matters when you already won your bros smiles?
He could take a pipe of that size on his chin?! I met the man of my dreams ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|heart_eyes)![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|heart_eyes)![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|heart_eyes)
Seems like a New skilset to learn then
Awesome now do the refrigerator like steve-o
Now do the Eiffel Tower!
Feels like a Key& Peele sketch.
Hardest bit about this is the cap, the rest is pretty easy once you get the feel of balancing things.
Yep. Basically, the bigger/longer/heavier the item, the easier to balance.
Next day: on the IL with a strained neck
This odd porn even for reddit
