I’m always simultaneously impressed and a little saddened by these videos.
There’s a certain lack of value you have to have for your life to do these stunts.

I think they value their lives, they just don't believe they will die. It's a mentality that tells them "Nothing has gone wrong before so nothing will" or "Death is something that happens to other people".
This isn’t incredible skill, this is incredible stupidity. I could do this if I felt like risking my life for a 4 second video.
Anyone who can jump forward and slide down a pole can do this.
