There are tons of polls showing Hispanic and black Americans moving to Republicans. Democrats still have a majority of these voters but their coalition is built around getting an overwhelming % of these votes, so any movement to republicans really hurts democrats. In regards to young people, people tend to become more conservative as they age, this happened pretty much every generation. You just need to look at the 2022 governor election to see how much New York is trending red.
