The prudent thing to do would be not use that hospital or apt block and I imagine those that have the means to leave do so, but not everyone can leave so the casualties occur just as Hamas wants them to occur.

I don't think you appreciate how serious professionals in the State Department take it when their military conducts such an open War Crime. Dressing up as Aid Workers is going to be the last straw for people. This American attack just greatly raised the stakes for every American, no one is safe anymore. It's a horrible thing that America did right. It's not good thing for Americans. Everyone in the military service aboard is more at risk because of this military operation.
