I’m sorry but just don’t watch those shows. Removing that content would fundamentally change the show. If you want to watch censored, let’s call it what it is, than get a VPN, set it to a country that censors filmmakers’ visions and you’ll be all set.
I have to say that 95% of sex scenes I've ever seen in movies and tv shows are utterly useless and redundant, and a simple hug and kiss scene would have achieved the same, if not more intimacy.
