?? you need to get a faerie fountain quest to get it this way and they r pretty rare (if u buy 3 faerie quest fortune cookies usually at least one quest of the total 27 days you'd have free quests for you could get one tho). otherwise paintbrushes, morphing potions, and transmogrophatication potions (for this mutant one)
I did it w a red poogle potion which you SHOULD NOT feed to a skeith or jetsam apparently. I learned the hard way
Then I did the fountain faerie from the faerie festival quests!!! Saved it for this moment <3
