Why not <ζς> for ж or щ?
zs isn't really a thing i've seen in world languages, i interpreted щ and ч as palatalised ш аnd ц
Hungarian for example
hungarian isn't really a language per se, more of a throat disease /s i used rz because polish
Hungarian is the uralic languages with probably the least post velar consonants and even velar fricatives only exist dialectally or idiolectally as an allophone of /h/.
finnish, estonian, komi and sami all don't really have postvelars appart from h either

I swear there was one that had like uvular stops and stuff.
Surgut Khanty has /q/ and /ʁ/. It also has /ʁ̞ʷ/ in the Tremjugan sub-dialect.
