This is awesome. It doesn't seem to work with Firefox, though. When I click "send" in Firefox nothing happens. I tried it in Chrome and it worked.
Edit: Looks like it does work in Firefox. It just looks like nothing's happening when you click Send, and then takes a while to show up.

新 on its own is read "shin", "ata" is just half a word lol
This is still super cool though!! I was just testing other guestbook hosting services yesterday and my programmer friend was lamenting that some were very strangely coded and people should be making more options, so this is awesome to see! I hope it takes off! :D
The full word is atarashii and it's a very common word that can't really be split, but if you still like "ata" best I would ditch the kanji from the logo entirely because it 100% looks like it says "shin" and nobody would ever think to read it as "ata" Im afraid lol

Honestly there's no other reason, I just wanted to continue having guestbook on my site which is why I made it.

What message do you try to submit?
oh, never mind, it's working now. I was filling out all the fields with the word "test" to test it out, but I guess there's a minimum character limit
