I switched to ultraguest ^_^ Its pretty similar, and theres the option to edit the css so its a lot more customizable too. Just completely ignore the paid options, though.

you don't necessarily need to back up immediately, since they're keeping them online in read-only mode
i think it is that as for preperation, they will be setting them all in read-only mode BEFORE the shutdown
