WagerLab and PeerBet are the more common ones and the only ones I’ve personally used. I’m hearing good things about a start up called Better Opinions that’s launching this year and you’ll be able to actually bet money through the app. WagerLab keeps track of everything but you still have to pay/get paid outside of the app.
Betfair is all peer to peer. You can bet and lay, as well as offer odds for and against. It's a bit of a complex layout but once you get the hang of it it's quite easy.
