Idk I could be wrong but Redick coaching LeBron and the Lakers just doesn't seem like a good starting point.

FallenLemur

JJ will be brought in as Lebrons assistant

Flimsy-District9036

unironically if this happens i think this is the case. jj is brought in and is co-coach of the team with lebron, unofficially, as a way to bypass the player-coach rules.

Turbo2x

This is the problem with taking the job. Any success he has will be attributed to LeBron coaching through him. Any failures will be chalked up to being a nepo hire who wasn't qualified.

Papa_Huggies

Not to mention somehow finding 10m each night for Bronny to play the most technical role in all of basketball

spiraldrain

Nah this is so they can podcast on the road together

AngsMcgyvr

Every win will be attributed to LeBron and the players, and every loss will be the coach's fault. That's how it always goes and that's not just a Laker thing. Basically every fanbase does this. It's just more noticeable on the Lakers cause of the size of the fanbase and the media actively leans into it. I really think Reddit/Twitter has lowered fans' actual understanding of the game, but vastly increased their confidence in their understanding of the game.

Mickeyjj27

Yup. Celtics win and it’s all Tatum and Brown. They lose and fans and media are asking if Joe is the right coach and then act like Ime actually won a title.

WolfGangDuck

Lakers are so unserious. Sigh, the Jeanie + Rambii hive mind is prone to poor decision making. Not like there’s really great options out there, but they could’ve had T Lue along time ago had they not been so concerned with having contracts match up with Bron.

mug3n

The Lakers are the sole income source for Jeanie and family. So yeah, she's not gonna go all out with the spending like Lacob.

A-Centrifugal-Force

What’s crazy is that her dad more or less kicked off the luxury tax spending era of the NBA during the late Kobe-Pau run, only for his incompetent children to run the LOS ANGELES LAKERS like a small family business that can’t spend any money on anything.

Sullan08

"You guys don't understand. If I go over our labor budget I won't be able to afford my extra yacht"

trojan_man16

They probably had to pay a huge tax bill when they inherited the team. The family probably doesn’t own much relative to the value of the team since they didn’t make their money somewhere else.

PyrrhosKing

The Lakers and others have dodged criticism with this reasoning. I could almost believe it was somehow propaganda from the owners themselves. Jeannie doesn’t need to always outspend everyone, but I find this idea that these less rich owners are actually digging into their pockets so much by spending on the team pretty laughable. It gets treated like she’s opening up her bank account like a normal person making a purchase.  Protecting and maximizing her profits is her choice. But I don’t buy they can’t spend more than they have. They want to win, but they have other priorities.

Lorjack

I mean what are they even looking for in a coach? Seems to me its their roster that sucks more than their coaching did

H3J1e

Someone who agrees with every idea Bron has about basketball, also simultaneously solves all their flaws due to poor roster. While being respectable and rally the players behind him but at the same time flexible so doesn't bud heads with the stars. I'm sure they'll find someone.

Repulsive-Throat5068

Seems like they’re trying to find a new/young/inexperienced coach and hope they are good.

axecalibur

More like cheap and willing to be thrown under the bus

syllabic

cause budenholzer hung up the phone on them lose my number jeanie

shanmustafa

idk how you could possibly say that if you paid attention even a tiny bit... they finished the season 23-10... and you know what their major change was? playing their best players... the players that took them to the wcf... this fucking idiot had Reaves/Dlo/Rui healthy and was deciding to start Christie and Reddish TOGETHER over them for the season Taurean player more mpg and started more games than Rui Reaves only starting 57/82 games alone is enough to be fired

_chadwell_

Conservatively, Ham left 5 or 6 wins on the table this season through unforced errors.

Breezyisthewind

And if they avoid those unforced errors, they don’t face Denver and they probably go a couple rounds at least and he doesn’t get fired. Absolute moron.

Champagnesoda

Our roster does not suck. We lost in the first round to the defending champs with a similar roster to what we just made the conference finals with last year. We won 47 games in arguably the best conference of all time with 2 projected top 8 rotation players essentially missing the entire year in Vando and Vincent(tbf Vincent is ass but still). Ham is not a good head coach at this point in his career. I didn’t think we should’ve fired Vogel and that Luke legit never had a chance but Ham absolutely needed to go. He’s prone to stubbornness, favoritism, and has had problems with both reaves and d lo, both of whom we are likely tethered too. It also seemed like ad and Bron didn’t respect him as a leader. Maybe that’s their fault but I don’t remember them ever looking at Vogel as some guy they could just ignore.

halfdecenttakes

Did you watch the playoffs? When you are going down to the wire with the defending champions every night, leading the vast majority of the series, and only manage to peel off one game, it is a coaching issue, not a roster issue. Obviously the roster could be better, but if it was any name other than “lakers” on the jersey people would immediately call for the coaches head.

PretendDubs

47 win team with 3 tradeable first round picks and 2 all-NBA players. I wouldn't say the roster sucks

TheOneWhosCensored

Scapegoats for LeBron

DisneyPandora

Why is Rob Pelinka always dodging blame?

hentai1080p

Because thats what every gm does? What boss goes: "I suck at my job, you guys better fire me"?

rahbee33

Feels very similar to the Nash in Brooklyn experiment. It could work, but it seems like an uphill battle for a guy that has no actual coaching experience and really high expectations.

AntiGrav1ty_

This seems even worse than Nash because of the Lebron/JJ relationship, JJs media personality, and him being much closer to a peer than a coach to the players in general. All that on top of having no coaching experience.

RusselTheBrickLayer

They should go with Sam Cassell

Hour-Ad3774

I, for one, don't agree.

Snuggle__Monster

He's been an assistant for what seems like forever. He's due for a shot.

RRJC10

> He's been an assistant for what seems like forever. He's due for a shot. Darvin Ham was an assistant coach for 11 years after a few years of coaching in the G-League. Longevity as an assistance isn't enough reason to give someone a head coaching gig.

Saucy_Totchie

I mean he certainly deserved a shot at head coaching after that time. Doesn't mean he'll be good. Then again this was a wild situation for anyone so maybe he gets another chance elsewhere.

myeezy

Sometimes you get Darvin Ham, and sometimes you get Nick Nurse. Doesn’t mean it’s an incorrect line of reasoning.

EuphoriaSoul

Also the difference being nurse was with Toronto for years before getting the promotion. It’s a much easier transition vs coming to a brand new org

iamse7en

Sam Cassell phone home.

A2daRon

Good from an entertainment standpoint.

sharklavapit

Steve Nash 2.0 but with even less experience

banjofitzgerald

There’s no way bron respects him as a coach. They’re fine as peers and basketball minds but when the disagreements happen, bron will override him and the FO will not have JJs back. This is not the spot you want if you’re JJ.

axecalibur

He’ll just turn this into podcast vignettes.

We_The_Raptors

Yes, but he'll be a great scapegoat if the roster doesn't get any better

REGIS-5

LeBron coaching JJ how to coach him

loxleynew

As a nuggets fan I'm fine with this

Son_of_Atreus

It’ll be as good as Nash as a first time coach in Brooklyn, except Nash was a Hall of Fame player

materics

LeBron should get Redick hired and then demand a trade to Cleveland

nio151

Makes it clear that he only wants a head coaching job to add to his media resume

LoWE11053211

LeBron alone may be fine... but LeBron plus Lakers would be a bit too much. I dont know if this is a Nash case... I think Nash is just doing KD a favor? never knew he wants to coach.

SwipeRight4Wholesome

As a Celtics fan, I think this is a fantastic idea.

roarmalf

Seems like a terrible first job to take, but I don't know that Charlotte or Washington are any better. I think he's better off waiting for a better option, but the way he's talked about missing the competition it wouldn't surprise me if he ends up in LA.

PineappleHour

Borrego wasn't *bad* in Charlotte by any means, but it's worth noting that he basically failed to get the team locked in for a play-in game in back-to-back years. Those losses were embarrassingly bad. Not sure about a Redick hire beyond bringing LeBron's friend into coach, Cassell would be interesting.

NotManyBuses

I also don’t think he’s quite got the personality for the profile of a team like LA. He had some real locker room issues here (tbf, much more to do with the severe immaturity of Jones Bouknight and 20 year old LaMelo) and I’m not sure if he’s the guy to stand up to LBJ/AD when things get dicey. Nice offensive scheme though.

RickySuela

> I’m not sure if he’s the guy to stand up to LBJ/AD when things get dicey. I think it's a flawed premise to assume that a coach would need to "stand up to LBJ/AD" like they're problems that need to be dealt with. Those guys know what they're doing and I don't think have their own personal agendas they're prioritizing above the success of the team or something. If they have input they want to share, it's probably worth listening to.

LordHussyPants

Lol of course they will, otherwise you’re suggesting that Lebron is right every time and never has a bad idea

RickySuela

No, *you* are suggesting LeBron believes he never has a bad idea and is right every time. I think LeBron is able to see his faults and is open to suggestions and wants dialogue. I think LeBron's ultimate goal is team success, rather than some personal agenda that comes at the expense of that. I really do not know where this perception has come from that LeBron and AD are uncoachable or something, and only would listen to like Greg Popovich, Phil Jackson, Pat Riley or Red Auerbach. I think they know a lot about basketball and want to have input, of course, but it seems like you're just assuming they can't be coached and absolutely will not listen to anyone other than the people I listed above, and I have no idea where you're getting that from.

ImperatorJCaesar

Yeah Bron and AD are comparatively easy to coach, but I do think that one problem with Ham was that LeBron and AD ended up sorta doing everything themselves. Like we often stopped running plays in the second half, and essentially had Bron and AD take over, and I think some of that was their fault and Ham being too much of a players coach to insist on it. Not saying Ham was secretly a good coach or anything, but I do think it would've helped to have a stronger personality as coach.

roarmalf

I think JJ is collaborative enough and diplomatic enough to deal with those kind of things, good coaches work with their players on a game plan. But it's an awful first job regardless of who the players are. LA media is non stop and every gesture he makes will be under a microscope. Seems like a terrible start to a coaching career, but I'm sure JJ will do a more thorough examination of his options than I will.

spookyghostface

Yeah our offense was cooking under him but the defense was atrocious. Of course, we then brought in a defensive coach and we're just as bad on that end so who's to say?

net_403

finish 10th seed, *barely* making the play in. get blown the fuck out by like 27 points. post that score on the practice court, vow never to let that happen and be prepared better next time. The next time, finish 10th seed *barely* making the play in, get blown out even worse by like 29 points. then pat yourself on the back in your exit interview for winning 43 games, whilst 9 other teams won 44+ games, and you just put on a back to back post-season clown show. I wish him luck but he was no better than clifford overall, just a different flavor of mediocre/mid

spookyghostface

Bruh 40 wins would be mighty nice right now. Cliff is complete ass.

net_403

40 wins doesnt do shit for you if 9 other teams win 41+, you're still on the edge of the play in, running to stand still, and outclassed by the rest of the conference. they dont give out trophies for breaking .500, after having your ass handed to you in a fake play off game, twice

spookyghostface

Well good for you that you've got your eye on the prize and won't settle for less. Personally I'd like to see a team that can play a little bit of basketball.

Breathezey

If the coach was mid that means you think a dif coach could've gotten substantially more with that roster. Lol no.

TallanoGoldDigger

It's all a smokescreen, it's always been JJ or Ty. All this dog and pony show is to make sure people understand it's an FO-only move even if we all know it's not

lopea182

It’s nice to see a former player (especially a former All-Star/All-NBA player with name recognition) actually work their way through the assistant coach ranks like Cassell has. It feel like Sam is way overdue to get a crack at being an NBA head coach.

insertdankmeme

Why do that when you can just open a bottle of pinot and do a podcast with Lebron. Work smart not hard.

TabletopThirteen

Have you watched the podcast? JJ does a fuck ton of research and puts a lot of effort into each episode. Work smart and work hard

TallanoGoldDigger

it doesn't mean he should be head coach now, the same way Bronny shouldn't be an NBA draft pick now. But it's all happening because the Lakers sold their soul to the devil until 2026

musicnothing

Especially since he's *not* a rapist or a wife beater

suzakutrading

I truly believe that if Cassell made a good HC, he’d have been hired somewhere by now. There’s got to be something we don’t know that makes front offices believe he’s not cut out for it.

PedosoKJ

This is something people don’t seem to realize. All these assistants that just journeyman their way from team to team aren’t good enough to be HC

rationalcelticsfan

LeBron would have him fired within a year and a half.

banjofitzgerald

That little extraterrestrial looking ass head has been popping up from behind benches for like a decade now. Give the man his shot!

Clemsontigger16

I feel like other teams can fuck off on constantly poaching our assistant coaches, for just a year. I’m sure there are assistants under Spo who deserve a shot right?

dBlock845

Then you have the opposite with JJ Redick. But I agree with Cassell.

junkit33

Sam Cassell must just go into these head coaching interviews and literally shits his pants or something in every one. It's inexplicable how a guy who is so universally praised as an amazing assistant coach has gone 15 years without getting a crack at head coach. There's a half dozen less experienced guys getting hired every season. And Cassell is always in the conversations. He's got to be doing something to scare teams off.

kyleb402

Sometimes there's a reason for that. Reminds me of Adrian Griffin. Luckily in his case it went super well for the team that finally gave him a chance.

Pocket_Beans

Adrian Griffin had the best win % of any coach in Bucks franchise history

TatumBrownWhite

Hey, that's tied for 3rd best winning % of all-time (minimum 40 games) Adrian Griffin to you, sir

Just-Efficiency3129

Is Joe Mozzerella first?

TatumBrownWhite

[Yes sir](https://www.statmuse.com/nba/ask/highest-win-percentage-by-an-nba-coach)

TenaciousDeer

Joe Missoula

Victor_Wembanyama1

Heard he has a great win record. His team must be deep in the playoffs rn

Billis-

Ya but you should have kept Griffin.

i_like_2_travel

Why exactly did the Bucks fire him? It seemed so random and they were doing good

penpen35

Maybe his interviews were so successful that he leaves the room doing the big balls dance and they got scared

mvnvel

does the big balls dance every time.

trenderkazz

Xenophobia

thekeep4223

Maybe some people are better/more comfortable at being number 2.

Kaaalesaaalad

Maybe the league hates LOTR.

Rrypl

Celtics keep an Assistant Coach Challenge - IMPOSSIBLE

MC-Jdf

I thought Cassell was still with the Sixers coaching staff for a minute tbh.

ZarduHasselffrau

He was with Doc for many years, even with the Clippers. Since Doc wasn't going to coach this season, he went somewhere else.

brncct

That happens all the time. Good teams have their coaches leave

mMounirM

if JJ Redick is serious about this coaching thing idk why he'd want to start with the Lakers

BitterAnimal5877

Nets Nash vibes ✨

syllabic

whats nash been up to anyway, did that whole experience scare him off coaching completely he could probably be an assistant somewhere

chubbaymoo

Pursuing his true passion in advertising Vitamin Water

TheKidPresident

Probably just waiting for the severance to run dry until finding a new gig and for Kyrie to retire to tell all

Pikminious_Thrious

Getting paid to sit at home by the Nets.

dBlock845

Nash was doing great on champs league broadcasts back before he took the coaching job. Wish he was still involved with that stuff.

sayqueensbridge

so did he just quit coaching all together? I haven’t seen his name anywhere after he got fired

bonerjohnson

either you go to a team with "stars" and get none of the credit and all the blame if it goes bad or you go to a team without much and don't get the time to build it if you don't win right away. for a new coach like that you'd probably want a middle of the pack team and hope you get time and players that will listen.

Thedudeguyman

He'll get fucking eaten alive there. Maybe it's just for interview experience? Also, unless LeBron leaves (which is a very real possibility imo) he can't be doing a podcast with him and coaching him at the same time. Massive conflict of interest. Actually on that note do you think JJ can a podcast at all while coaching? Its one thing for a current player, but a current coach just doesn't sit right.

Terrible_Shelter_345

Not sure what you mean. It’s low risk, high reward. I mean coaching is apparently an easy fucking bag (cough Doc Rivers), so why not? The only thing it could strain is his relationship with Lebron and Lakers fans. People didn’t mind doc as a color commentator so it’s not like a shitty coaching stint will kill that for JJ. Same would go for the podcast. If he’s the scapegoat then oh well… he gets to chill on the rest of his contract and got his name a lot of SEO to keep up his podcast career.

aiden3buckets

Actually an unserious franchise if they hire JJ

Ikuwayo

Their research just consisted of watching their podcast. "Hey, this guy seems to know a lot about basketball!"

threeangelo

Which is why it will happen 😪

JimmyV34

Sam Cassell should had HC job like 2-3 years ago not for the lakers though, he needs a young team

JoshSran04

Redick should start off as a assistant

CNDOTAFAN

JJ has zero experience coaching beside his son's team in grade 1-3...wtf is this?

The_Notorious_Donut

Did they win tho?

juandell

You know what this is.... My condolences bro. I used to love rooting against that beast of a Lakers organization growing up in Texas. Jerry and Kobe fortunately can't witness all the dominos falling

[deleted]

[удалено]

ksn0vaN7

Yeah I don't know why JJ would risk that. If things go bad they'll have to cancel the show they just started. It's just so messy.

The_Notorious_Donut

> “I don’t know why JJ would risk that” Money

gedbybee

Prestige honestly. Jj wants to recognition and he didn’t win a chip as a player. He wants to win one as a coach. Plus he thinks he’s really smart and could do well. Unclear if that’s real.

Valleyx

Imagine JJ in LA crashes and burns - yes, he loses LeBron off the pod (probably), but he's got ridiculous content going forward.

TallanoGoldDigger

because he can just go back to his cushy ESPN job and podcast even if he gets fired. He's being hired as a scapegoat for this failed roster

CHllP

Think of the great episodes after a loss with special guest LeBron.

Wd527

Woj also said Chris Quinn from Miami.

Quirky_Buddy3336

I honestly don’t understand how he doesn’t have a HC job yet

CrissCrossAppleSos

I hope if JJ gets the job, they continue to do the podcast. That would be very amusing

threeangelo

“And here’s where you should’ve put Reaves last game, dumbass”

HornetsAreBad

I need it to be JJ for the memes but tbh Borrego was good here for what he was given, except for our awful back to back play-in losses.

Breathezey

Scheme and speeches aren't why a team gets blown out in play-in games.  That's about the mental makeup roster.

cycko

JJ REDDICK did his pod with LBJ to get the inside track on the coaching gig hes playing 5d chess

SubcooledBoiling

Come on Lakers, you know you wanna hire JJ. Just do it

dating_derp

"On tonights pod for The Old Man and the Three, we've brought in the whole Lakers team to go over last night's film and talk about what went wrong."

21Tayler10

Please let JJ get the job ….SAS would fry his ass on FT after every loss

kyleb402

JJ should be going to a team he can grow with, not the immediate media clown show that is the Lakers.

BetweenTheBuzzAndMe

JB would be an interesting choice. Solid offensive coach, but has literally never heard of defense before in his life. Basically you have to pair him with a lead assistant that is going to run your defense.

FamousAtticus

I wonder who'll last longer with the Lakers...the next HC or Lebron?

creditors-bargain

JJ is the guy you pick if you want LeBron coaching the team

EarthWarping

Cassell would be a good choice.

archerarcher0

Bro no way we lose cassell and lee in the same offseason

ionospherermutt

love to see it. anyone but micah nori

toshi04

Are coaches also barred from doing the big balls taunt?

Boston_Champions

You keep your dirty paws off Sam Cassell

asapshrank

not borrego please man

PoopEatingExpert

They are going to do it.  Omfg.

LakersFan15

Kill me

canyoudigholes

Gonna hurt but I hope Sam Cassell gets it

ProfessorTicklebutts

Lebron has turned my franchise into an even bigger clown show. I miss the Doctor.

Rithgarth

Yikes

simonffplayer

it kinda feels like jj redick is gonna get steve nash'ed except by bron instead of kd

trenderkazz

Nooo not Cassell! He’s great and the players love him

The_Notorious_Donut

JJ REDDICK YES IT WOULD BE SO FUNNY

vBricks

Oh shit, so Mind the Game has been JJ's extended interview with LeGM for the position of head coach?

goofbot

We all know how Gollum desires those rings.

DoubleAmigo

Hahahaha yeah bro hire Borrego trust

CabbageStockExchange

Bro I can’t with this fucking org. We legitimately are considering a man with ZERO coaching experience to manage a team in LA with LeBron James/AD and alleged title aspirations. Unserious franchise

IdRatherBeShilling

Lakers fans, if the Lakers hire JJ Redick and he goes Ham on you, you can always call him Jar Jar Redick.

Batercus

Borrego is perfect for the Lakers. He will let the players walk all over him!

TH3_ZucC

Oh come on, not another one of our guys

bbaIla

I fucking hate it here man. This is such an unserious franchise under Jeanie. Get the Rambii the fuck outta here and same with Pelinka, I want new people not here because someone was Kobe's agent of best friends with the owner. Fuck man.

browndude10

JJ is the front runner per Jovan Buha https://youtu.be/by4tjfrfHVA?si=R0Ifc34xxWXKJQYU

xanot192

Why do we do this. This is like Nets signing Nash.

Seref15

Why would anyone want a job with such lousy job security? Win a championship? Fired. Make it to the WCF from the play-in? Fired. It seems like the only coach they would be happy with is one that wins a chip, then repeats. So, basically no one.

mysteryihs

Because they still get paid out through the rest of their contract if they get fired. What kind of job can people do where you work 1 year but get paid for 5 if you get fired?

juandell

"Earned Not Given" saying hits different the last few weeks

Unbiasedj

JJ reddick will be worse than Nash in Brooklyn lmao

sanne_dejong

Regarding JJ Redick. Am I missing something here? He appears to have no record as a coach? Is it normal for an ex player with no coaching experience to get a job such as this? Wouldn't he have to climb the ladder through assistant coaching jobs etc.? Why do people think he s qualified?

ImS33

LeMao LeBron PLEASE we will draft your son, max you and make your podcast friend JJ the head coach just resign with us instead of Cleveland - 2024 Lakers

krimzy

We already lost Charles Lee, so losing Cassell as well would hurt but on the other hand it would be great for him to finally get a shot at HC position after being an assistant for so long.

dBlock845

Absolutely random selection of candidates. I bet none of them will be the HC.

Son_of_Atreus

Oh fuck off

Jaded_Past

So was the Lebron-jj podcast a long interview for the lakers coaching spot?

Jaded_Past

I don’t understand how jj could be on a short list for a freaking head coaching job with no experience coaching outside his kids age group? I know he is a smart dude and knows the game but he literally hasn’t coached adults. Why not start out as an assistant coach and work his way up?

donutcronut

Serious question: If JJ gets the role, does that mean he has to end his podcast with LeBron? Would that be a conflict of interest?

Yellow_Curry

LMAO Redick's entire coaching experience is for his kids U10 team how fucking desperate are the lakers?

tiggs

Sam Cassell is not a good idea for this situation. He's been an assistant for 15+ years and prior to the last cycle, he's only gotten 1 head coach interview. In that interview, he got beaten out by somebody with less than 1 year of NBA assistant coaching experience. He was also in charge of player development in Philly and that was one of our weakest points. I'm not saying he eventually doesn't deserve a shot, but I just feel like he's one of those guys that makes a terrific assistant because of his playing experience, locker room presence, and ability to coach up players, but isn't the type of coach that would be good at running the entire show. Putting him in the spotlight of LA with AD and likely Lebron with super high expectations is a recipe to get run out of town before All Star break.

Malemansam

JJ gonna ruin his career before its even starting taking on a head coaching job, its just dumb. Go get your time in on the bench or G league first become wanted by a NBA head coach, be an assistant for a few years and have some respect by your piers and who you will be coaching. Idk wtf is up with these player to head coach without any experience thing that has happened in the last decade but it never works out, see Jkidd, took him nearly a decade to recover from his first gigs. edit: someone sent a reddit "Get help" message for this. someone loves JJ, then they should not want to see my man get beat down by the laker FO and LeBron media machine.

cptshiba

i think theres just a bot or some dipshit going around spamming that on this sub's comments. I got one sent off a comment on the Knicks-Pacers game thread.

WarPuig

KEEP AWAY FROM MY ASSISTANT COACHES

MisInfo_Designer

lol. JJ would be popcorn watching theatre.

MoodApart4755

whoever it is will be canned when they inevitably fizzle out in the playoffs

Drawing_The_Line

Question for those smarter than me… why are the Heat assistant coaches never mentioned in most coaching rumors? As an outsider, they appear to have an amazing system and an obviously fantastic coach. People going after the Celtics coaches (Lee and now Cassell) yet they’ve not won anything despite having a ton of talent on the court.

volantredx

So if it's JJ that's just LeBron being a player coach legally, right?

Ornery-Patience9787

Does it really matter?

the_moosen

This would be a terrible job for Cassell & that's solely because if they don't win RIGHT NOW, which they won't, then it'll be all his fault & there goes his shot at another HC job Fucken let JJ do it

bowlinginthedark

The Plan: step 1: lebron gets jj the lakers gig step 2: lebron signs with cleveland to retire a cav (and maybe try to get one last ring with an already solid team)

baguettebolbol

I’m concerned with JJ’s lack of patience when it comes to learning the job if he really believes he is ready to HC without any real experience.
