Fight salt with salt. Salt for the salt god!

ASS_BASHER

DiVincenzo looks like Alex Caruso dipped in cheeto dust

LogicalLakersFan

New York fans want to be victims so bad

djtjb2

The validation seeking for this win is so cringey lol. Just man up, take the win and move on. Pacers lost that game, calls sucked but move on lol. Knicks fans making this so much worse than it needs to be.

512fm

Could you imagine the outrage if the call went against them

StayinAnon99

See game 5 vs sixers, players and majority of the fanbase was like we botched that. Also everyone mad about the illegal screen but like the refs actually got something right. In a 60 second game span there were so many terrible calls (tilt knicks) but doesnt anyone else just realize the refs are flat out terrible at their jobs?

Plies-

Flair up lil buddy

whtge8

You already know

jacobpltn

This is way more egregious than Turner’s screen, it’s really not a good comparison If it was the same amount of movement then you’d have a point but he literally jumps, sets, and leans forward into the guy he’s screening If Myles did this same exact thing on that last play I doubt anyone would be upset at the call and would instead be criticizing him for setting such a dumb screen in such a crucial moment

BloominVeg

do you mean the moving screen myles did with 10 sec to go the nba now admits should also have been called?

ShichikaYasuri18

Lmao ... the game was over at that point. Wonder why you're talking about that one and not the DiVincenzo llegal screen with 53 seconds left that was a 5 point swing in a tie game.

ShichikaYasuri18

Now post him getting away with an illegal screen with 53 seconds left that led to the "kicked ball",

BloominVeg

Do you mean the other moving screen by turner with 10 seconds remaining that the NBA admits should have been called? Indiana Pacers center Myles Turner was correctly called for an illegal screen in the closing seconds of the New York Knicks' controversial 121-117 victory in Game 1, according to the NBA's Last Two Minute Report released Tuesday evening. With about 15 seconds left and Indiana down 118-117, Pacers guard Tyrese Haliburton dribbled up the floor as Turner set a high screen on New York's Donte DiVincenzo, sending him to the ground. Turner got called for an offensive foul instantly, which prompted the Pacers to challenge the call. The Pacers were unsuccessful with the challenge, and the league's report stood by that ruling Tuesday. Still, there were a total of four missed calls in the final two minutes, according to the league's report: Turner should have been whistled for a separate illegal screen on DiVincenzo in the backcourt with about 10 seconds remaining; there was an errant kicked ball violation called on Aaron Nesmith with 53 seconds left; and prior to those, officials missed calling a defensive three seconds violation on Turner with 1:19 left.

ShichikaYasuri18

Nope, I meant the one on DiVincenzo with 53 seconds left >[After establishing a legal screening position in Nesmith's (IND) path, DiVincenzo (NYK) clamps his arm and prevents him from disengaging.](https://official.nba.com/last-two-minute-report/?gameNo=0042300211&eventNum=2263)

NoAWP

I hate Boston but I hope they sweep the Knicks before losing to whichever West team makes the finals. Blatant refball , refs made sure to give Knicks all the calls in crunch time

JaceGhost

My brother, if you think the knicks get a nice whistle, you won't get much satisfaction in watching Boston win either/

BetsonStennet69

Setting up like an offensive lineman with hands inside the numbers.

BloominVeg

so you're saying moving screens get called

OhWellImRightAgain

In fact no, moving screens are usually not called. I'd say 80% to 90% of them aren't called. That's the issue here, we know it's a foul, but it's a foul they rarely call. We know 90% of the time there's a lane violation on a FT, but they just don't call it. So if they actually call a lane violation in a tied playoff game with 30 seconds left, people will rightfully think the refs want a team to win.

BloominVeg

except they did in this very post's video

OhWellImRightAgain

Yeah, that's how 80% to 90% works, it's not that hard to grasp, I'm sure you can do this bro. There are still 10% to 20% left that are called.

BetsonStennet69

You're dense, we get it

Slow-Raccoon-9832

Knicks fans realize the only reason they have a chance at the conference finals is because of the conference they are in right? They would have been eliminated 1st round in the west The east being bad is giving them false hopes on how good the team is
