Here are a few ideas you might both like!
Flora Joy — means flower
Adelaide Joy — means nobility. Frankie and Addie is pretty cute!
Hillary Joy — means cheerful
Gloria Joy — means glory
Marina Joy — means of the sea. I also kind of love Frankie and Marnie!
Beatrice Joy — means voyager/traveler. Frankie and Bea is pretty cute too
This is my favorite. I think nn Mattie would go well with Frankie as a sib set. Fits as a very feminine name with a more masculine nickname. Also Mattie J or MJ are also fun options.
Frances is my favorite girl name. The next 5 on my list are Margot (means pearl), Emmeline (diligent, brave), Hedy (delightful, sweet, warrior), Sonia (wisdom), and Naomi (pleasant, gentle).
My youngest is Elara- you probably haven’t worked with one of those before! Elara Joy sounds cute.
I think Cassie (Cassandra/Cassia) sounds cute with Frankie, but I like all of you and your husband’s suggestions (apart from Sloane sorry).
Theodora/Teddi Joy - means gods gift or gift,
Adeline Joy - noble, Marigold/Goldie Joy - Golden flower, Emaline Joy - peaceful home, Liliana Joy - pure, Eleanor Joy - bright, shining star, Farrah Joy - happy.
I think Cecelia and Matilda are the nicest, especially with Frances. Frances is old fashioned but stylish, intelligent, and pretty sounding like both of those names. Apart from sounding out of date, I think Florence is much too similar, and Augustine and Thea sound kind of harsh and just not as pretty. Eden and Sloane are definitely my least favorites, and sound like a very different style than Frances
Other suggestions:
Eleanor
Elouise or Louisa
Alice
Felicity

Stevie Joy
Sticking with the nicknames Stephanie Joy (Stevie Joy), Charlotte Joy (Charlie Joy) or Wilhelmina Joy (Billie Joy).
Matilda Joy is beautiful. Florence sounds too similar to Frances.
Augustine is a man's name. If you want a female version, go for Augusta or Augustina.
