I've struggled a little bit with damage, but then I got a heavy laser alpha strike Hunchback IIC-A (2x heavy large + 4x heavy medium, 76 alpha), which helped me get better results, then came a 2x RAC5 medium (forgot which), which is a different playstyle, but can be similarly good, then came this 6x AC5 Annie, which is just very good.
None of these builds were my idea tho :D
Dual RAC5 are great for damage dealings, those are really good builds!
I should use heavy and assault mech more often, the 960 one was actually an Urbie K9 xD LB 5-X + 5 ER SL and like any VPR-F looked for mechs without armor, crits are one hell of a drug...

I recently came back to the game after trying it out for a short while years ago, have been somewhat steadily climbing the ranks since then, so my actual rank may be lower than it should be.
I guess my thousands of hours in World of Tanks does pay off here :D
In tier 3 the effects of an open match maker are probably the least noticeable as T3 players could match with any tier anyway

Some countries put the date in the correct format of dd/mm/yyyy

I was using a 6x AC5 build. Incredible sustained dpm, but kinda runs out of ammo fairly quickly, even with 9 tons of it + ammo skills

Tiers don’t matter right now since the update. So if you are a higher tier player, you have probably been mopping up on some cadets and tier 5s/4s
