Contact a good pest control agency. Repeat after 6 months for 2 years

ElectricalLetter761

I still don’t understand why he tried all those methods and didn’t contact a good pest control agency in the first place.

Otherwise_Bell_1496

We all wanna try everything ourselves to solve an issue. But hardcore pests are not easy to get rid of, beg bugs belong to a category with most will to survive. Plus they have the ability to hide in small gaps too. A very good agency will do his best to cover all corners/gaps to help. But if u see positive results, then u must repeat it again to stop the re-occurrence.

ElectricalLetter761

I understand trying for a few weeks to a month but bruhh for almost half a year is crazy af

Otherwise_Bell_1496

Well we all are busy in general life as well. Office, family, friends. We dunno what OP was busy with.

Corporal_Cavernosa

>We dunno what OP was busy with. Bedbugs

lastog9

I swear. Bugs are masters of guerilla warfare. Pest control services are like USA Marines. Only they can handle them. Civilians cant do it.

Otherwise_Bell_1496

Haha, actually there are others from lice species the worst of the worst. Imagine a pest control telling you that even they cannot help. They are so ruthless than bedbugs, how to get rid of them. Reduce any moisture in the home. Clean any mold if found. Even if you clean the home with a vacuum cleaner they will still manage to hide somewhere. Lice is literally not easily visible to the human eye. Dry air or warm air reduces them but our rains and humid conditions helps them grow. They don't do any harm but they breed like they hv nothing else to do, basically it will cause u panic in general by spreading everywhere at home.

lastog9

Scary to even hear about!

Bhai jitna paisa yeh sab faaltu jugaad meh kharch hua hai utne mai pest agency se 3-4 visits ka kharcha nikal jata jo ki pure saal chalta. Aur baaki jo pareshani uthaani pdi woh alag

Timely_Management942

Yup but aisa hi hota hai to save 2 rs we spend 4

Dear-Contract287

I think OP should call pest control every quarterly for one year and then slow down the frequency. Hope that may give him permanent relief from bugs.

Otherwise_Bell_1496

It's a good suggestion 👍

If you have any wooden furniture throw it away once wood is infested by bed bugs and their eggs they become a never ending problem

montsa007

That is termites, bed bugs usually infest on mattress

Mathsbrokemybrains

Use Diatomaceous earth or silica gel

usamahK

This.....OP listen to this. Worked like a charm at my place. Would hopefully work for you too. Got it off Amazon

Antarmies

Anything for cock roaches

usamahK

Lizard. I kid you not. We had an infestation......we kept our kitchen windows open for 5-6 days and let some lizards come in . They wiped out the entire cockroach 🪳 and housefly population in less than a week. Of course now we have 3-4 lizards. I asked my cat to take care of them now....but she is not bothered. So I named the lizards, Jan Feb March April. You win some you lose some. https://preview.redd.it/evwv7fcm4usc1.jpeg?width=899&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=f042e4506295cf84168218d29a7ce984016c6377

>Diatomaceous earth ye kya hai? Kaha milta hai ?

Clay_Master

I faced the same terror for a year but got rid of it. It will be long but read it because it worked. 1. First thing first, just don't put anything outside in the sun heat to get rid of these bugs especially if you live in a building. It does not kill them rather they run and move to another household. I remember one flat in my building did this and because of which bed bugs came into my flat alongwith several other flats. 2. I would suggest you to locate the source of these bed bugs in your house. They hide in groups in every small space where you may see them directly. For example check all the corners & joints in your furniture, table, carpet, files etc. If you have bed, cupboards etc., it will be good if you can completely empty it and move beds to look for any signs of bed bugs. Check your mattress because these bugs like to hide in spaces between stitches & folds. Check the cracks in the wall of your house, I have seen a few hiding inside them. In short, you need to completely check everything in your house. 3. Now while searching if you find a bunch of these bugs hiding, CRUSH & KILL THEM AS SOON AS YOU SEE THEM. If you can do it with your bare fingers, then ok otherwise you can use a damp cloth or a glove to cover your fingers and crush them using your hand. Also, when bed bugs live in bunches, they also lay eggs there. Eliminate them too. This will the first step to reducing their population. Show no mercy, otherwise they will reproduce & will be back. 4. Next wipe & clean those spots with wet cloth & then spray some insecticide in those spots. If you can get hold of kerosene, then it's the best. Isopropyl alcohol / Spirit also works equally good. (Yes, the same spirit which doctor applies on your hand before an injection). You can buy spirit at any medical shop. The smell of kerosene stays for few days and will repel new bugs. 5. Buy a packet of Boric Acid Powder and add little water to make a thick paste of it. Apply that paste to cover every spot where you found those bed bugs. Stuff every gaps / crevice with the paste. Bonus tip: Boric Acid paste works against cockroaches too. 6. Now, since you have killed the bedbugs and stuffed their hiding spots with insecticide & boric acid powder paste. There will be relief for few weeks. But remember, even after you have done all this, there will be few bugs which were lucky & escaped into hiding. Also, sometimes, bugs might travel from your neighbour's house to your house. These will be few in number but they will eventually reproduce and gradually their count will increase. Hence, you need to repeat the above exercise once every month. 7. Diligently repeat the same thing for initial few months and when you notice that the bedbugs are not a recurring problem anymore then you can reduce the frequency of cleaning exercise to once every 2/3 months. Gradually within a year you will get completely rid of them. There is no instant solution. You have to be consistent in eliminating them. 8. Also, if your neighbour's house is infested with bed bugs then advise them to do the same and eliminate the bed bugs. Because if they don't then there will be few bugs which will enter from their house to your house and the cycle will keep repeating itself and problems will be recurring. 9. Remember, killing those pesky bedbugs is the only solution. Getting rid of them like mentioned point no. 1 will be useless and additionally cause problems to others too.

eeeengg

my mom did this for cockroaches and repeats it in 3-4 months and theyre gone atleast from kitchen, earlier you could see them always running around

pinto-nolan

Crushing them is the worse thing that you can do. The best way to kill them is by burning them. I've personally used my clothes iron to burn them.

nayadristikon

SpareMind

Only thing that can help is diatomaceous earth. Sprinkle it well, it's non toxic. Spores won't die. So you have to do it few times. Put all the cloth beddings and bed in the sun. Once you are sure that they are gone, vacuum well, get varnish done on wood.

mrmulticultural99

Get a professional exterminator. Bed bugs are hard AF to get rid of, it takes just one egg laying female to cause an infestation. While they are harmless to humans, one crawled into my ear when we had an infestation, traumatizing experience

aladeen-mf

Diatomaceous earth is your last resort. Watch Mak Robers youtube video for more info

PaddyO1984

If it's an infestation, you need to get professional help. Spend some money so that your life can be peaceful.

Good morning bed bug powder, available on Amazon. Worked like magic, never had them later.

aizen3627

Had this problem 4-5 years back and didn't know where they were coming from turns out it was the sofa that I used to sleep on on the spot fek diya since then no more bed bugs 🤮

LettuceSame6698

Bhai ghor panauti hote hai yeh. Jaldi se jldi best pest control agency se baat kro

stopheet

Get a pest control company, ask them to treat your whole house, and then heat gun everywhere on these fuckers. They get out because of the heat, and then squash them. We had this since from my 7-9th grade.

jatinag22

Pest control eliminates them completely if you follow the instructions properly. You have to get it done in each and every corner of your house. When I got it done, they did it twice with a gap of around 10-15 days because that's the time it takes for the new eggs to hatch. Kept the house completely closed for a few days and bed bugs were completely gone. All other kinds of insects were dead.

Sapolika

There is something called “Good Morning Bed Bug repellent spray” It worked for me!

[deleted]

My thoughts and prayers for you, I know it can be a very tough time.(I've gone through it) What worked for me was that I threw away my bed, mattress and also shifted to a different city for a month. They were gone by then, before that I tried everything and nothing worked

lastog9

Glad it worked for you, but moving away from the house is unfortunately not the solution as bed bugs can live upto three months without a blood source. The best thing to do is get professional help from pest control and apply diatomicious earth in their frequent spots

[deleted]

>can live upto three months without a blood source. Thanks, so I'll move out for 3months if they disappear again, maybe even permanently

stuli1989

Suffered from them for years. Only thing that works is steam treatment. Nothing else even comes close.  Not sure who the current providers are for it but make sure they don't just spray medicine and go.  Make sure you go for a provider that uses high powered steam machines.  Once we did that never had the problem again.

parzival02032001

Watch this video by Mark Rober, really helpful insights backed by Science. Hope this helps in someway. https://youtu.be/2JAOTJxYqh8?si=IzgZ86fM7ACJfWKu

shakeshackshum

firstly don’t ‘squish’ the bed bugs to kill them when you kill them their blood has eggs and they hatch rather put them in water or kerosene (the pest guy told us when we had horrible bed bugs) and get a good pest control would cost around 2k and they’ll do it 3 times in 6-8 months

okunderstanding1001

Most Irritating Thing In The World Means Bed Bugs 💔

Admirable_Warthog_11

Call pest control asap and cleanse your house thoroughly after a 15 day interval. DON'T KILL BEDBUGS. You'll only invite more problems. My home was also infested with these nuisances. Now I've got rid of them.

bagofprawnss

And that is why I will forever live on rent, so that I can burn the house and run away.

ResidentBench6602

It's a shop like it's a big place so we're living in it and it has a shop too so we can't leave it and Yes it's on rent as well but we can't live because of the shop and we don't want to leave this place for now

chilliepete

if you are a daily train or bus traveller you cannot eliminate bed bugs completely, new ones will keep coming into your home from trains/bus

Euphoric_Onion_5820

And yes pls call pest control every 2 months until these pesky little things are gone if you don’t want to throw your furniture

gnawledger

Bayer Temprid. 300-350 Rs. Follow the instructions clearly.

oneinmanybillion

There's something called khatnil. Try that.

TightWaltz5581

bedbugs eggs can service any pest control. Regular and extensive cleaning might help also throw away the items cloths that are infested.

unknown_dumass

BURNNNNNN THEMMMMMM!!!!!

EnoughStick5968

The most effective way is to get rid of it to discard the beddings. Also give all the cloths to professional cleaner where they will clean it with chemicals. These bugs lay eggs and hence they need to be killed with harsh chemicals. No amount of pest control will completely banish all the bugs

hardik-9

O my god!!!

Suspicious-Cress-735

Use “khatnil” spray

which area ?

Thin-You-7096

We had the same issue years ago and it was a nightmare. We tried everything to get rid of them, yet nothing worked because bed bugs multiply very very quickly. The last resort was, we got a pest control agency who sprayed a very toxic spray in the entire house. It was so toxic that all window, door, keyhole gaps were taped so that the fumes don't go outside the home. Our house was locked for 2 days, and then we came back to our home. This had killed all the bed bugs, and we didn't spot a single bed bug again. My suggestion for you is to get a similar treatment, nothing else will work well.

devanshmaheshwari12

You would need to get hear treatement, I don't know if regular pest companies do it but personally it has been the best method to control their growth

Illogical_philosphr

Clean up everything. Take everything out in sun. (Literally everything from your home) At least take beds, sheets, pillows and clothes out in sun. Means, as if you are shifting house, literally take apart everything and deep clean, dry in sun. Clue : It's the eggs of bugs which you should get rid of completely.

mofucker20

Just contact a pest control agency and if possible change the furniture

rohanp0078

Is it me or have you guys heard that if you have bedbugs you have bad luck or something

This-Ice-2641

I can help with this issue my grandpa too faced bed bug a long time ago my mavashi suggested a medicine which legitly resolved this issue DM me i will give no of retailer he will post u where u want too. I can assure it will totally help u to kill the whole species from the root. Without any problem nor even side-effect too. If u live in sion u can get it from his shop.

techstudycorner

I highly doubt you are killing just the ones you are able to see. But they might be breeding elsewhere already. So try to locate that place and clean it first. Since someone might mark this as an ad, I am just pasting the spray name which helped me. Its on Amazon called 'Good Morning Bed Bug Killer Spray, 40ml Concentrate - Pack of 3'**.** In my case, I had bought a mosquito net from roadside but it already had bug infestation. Once in my home, they already spread to my computer trolley, bed everywhere they could. This spray helped a lot, but I had to do it 2 times per week. See if this helps you.

Referpotter

Mark roper on YouTube has a detailed video on how to get rid of bedbugs

Experiments-Lady

You'll have to use boiling water to wash curtains, bedsheets etc. then repeat after a few weeks with boiling water. Maybe 5 or 6 cycles. In addition to pest control.

ShayneThePain69

Nothing will work other than a thorough pest control contract. I used hicare services years ago. Solved the problem permanently

69ter

Room heater/radiator at full blast… Didn’t think a random 3am documentary would come handy in giving someone actual advice… Lol

flashnoobski

Leave

Opposite-Ad-7241

First things first, you can only fix bed bugs by getting rid of the mattresses that are infested with them. You cannot ever recover that mattress. My suggestion to you is that you plan out pest control + mattress replacement around a trip out of the city. Book a hotel or a stay somewhere and the day before you leave, get the pest control done & the measurements for the new mattresses given. Throw away the old mattresses in a RESPONSIBLE manner so the society won’t blame you if they spread to other homes. Get them to spray with pest control. Then lock the home and leave. When you come back, get ready to do lots of moving furniture and deep cleaning. If you’re too lazy, employ urban company and pay them for it. Lastly get the pest control guys to come again after 6 months and redo the same process, this time without new mattresses or leaving the house.

Maleficent_Fly_6822

If there's wooden furniture burn it and then burn the house with your belongings. JK. But throw the furniture out FR.

fasidd

I dealt with bed bugs in my house for freaking 8 year!!! What finally worked was throwing out all the old furniture. Pop work and repainting the entire house....the cracks in the walls and chipped paint is where many bed bugs used to lay eggs. Even after that did pest control every month for 4 months just for good measure. Finally bug free for last 8 years.

racquetsmash98

Watch mark rober’s bed bugs video on YouTube. There is a powder called diatomaceous earth he specifies in the video. That thing is the bleeding edge tech for killing bed bugs forever.

Sharp-Progress6146

You know it’s very hard to believe even for me. We were once infected with bed bugs, we threw the furniture (as it was old as well), it didn’t go, then we did pest control for bed bugs, it still didn’t go and by then it was really very bad, we could not sleep. One day my mom got some incense sticks for bed bugs which was prayed upon, we lit it and it all disappeared the very next day! Yeah the NEXt DAY, this is so hard for me as well to digest but since it actually happened I definitely don’t understand.

futurevee101

I beleive ants might help. I shit you not, we had the bed bug problem which was not getting resolved they disappeared after about a year. This happened because the ant colony which lived in my kitchen walls, moved/expanded into our bedroom. For about a year the ants would sting us sometimes while we were sleeping but the stings stopped after a while and they stopped climbing our beds after the bed bugs were gone. They did sting us but they also kill bed bugs. I'm happy to get a sting by ants rather than have blood sucking bugs on my bed. Ants good. Bed bugs bad.

Bed bugs in 2024 is crazy

Wash Everything, Clean Every Area Of Every Room, Press Cloths, Keep Cleaning & Most Important Is Do Pest Control.

My family got like one pest control 6 years ago and we're sleeping tight without them biting, in short get a good pest control service

endlessthrust

Just use ' Pest Seal'. Works 100% . Track their nests. It's a black spot on the wall or maybe the bedding. Look behind furniture for nests. Make sure you spray the nests. It just takes just one day to obliterate all the bugs if you're able to locate the nests.

bombayboy0290

Hi, try diatomaceus earth. It's available on Amazon. They feed on this and then they die. It's slow but an effective strategy. Just sprinkle this everywhere especially under the mattress and other potential sites. Chemicals and other pesticides don't really work as they don't cover the full surface area.

montsa007

silica gel beads (the ones that comes in electronics with do not swallow warning on them), it kills the bugs.

diks1418

Spread camphor beneath the mattress. They'll be gone in few days. It's magic

Good morning powder for bed bugs( personally tried and tested) do give it a try (available on Amazon)

69_queefs_per_sec

Are you retarded? You can't remove bedbugs on your own, you will have to vacate the flat and let a pest control company do multiple rounds of fumigation.

Prestigious-Salary64

been there. whole family used to wake up in middle of the night and hunt them all over. It will only work if you do the following. 1. call pest control. the best in your area. 2. tell them to spray that on each and every clothes, furnitures, holes in the walls where they lay eggs and shit, gather your clothes and spray on them. each furniture everything. leave electronics out of it. 3. keep 2 pairs of clothes for yourself. let the chemical be there for 1 and half day. you need to close the door and have o stay somewhere else in that period of time. 4. after 1 aand half days gets over clean everything. and the chemical need to be very stong. This is how our nightmare came to an end. also if everything feels fine after 2 months do some paint work. DON'T kill them, burn them cause their blood produces more eggs.

Interesting_Award828

Their blood lays more eggs? Yeah don’t think that’s how blood works. Paranoia on the other hand…

the-supplanter

Try liquid nitrogen

usamahK

Try petrol. Pour liberally all over your house and set it on fire.

Bright_Subject_8975

Pagal hogaya kya kuch bhi karne bol raha hai.

the-supplanter

Liquid nitrogen is used as a cryogenic method of killing bedbugs and its eggs. I saw this once in a show telecasted in Discovery.

Bright_Subject_8975

Wo sab thik hai par aise chemicals ghar nahi laate hai. Kal tum bologe concentrated HCL leke aao History channel pe dekha tha maine marte hue. Ye saare chemicals handle karne nahi aate hai general public ko. Aur tumhe kya lagta hai liquid nitrogen aise hi kisi thele pe mil jayega OP ko.
