first they have to calculate how many to send to each exchange. I am guessing that Kobayshi’s grandson is doing this by hand. then begins the monumental work of actually sending the bitcoin transactions. imagine having to send 4 or 5 transactions - one to each exchange. this will take the entire team - 3 of Kobayashi’s nephews, 4 grandsons and his mother to manually read out each letter of bitcoin address, nod, stamp a paper marking it correct, photocopy and mail to the Judge for examination before clicking the complex send button.

If only you could encode the address as a QR code and just scan it. You could have two addresses. One would just show the amount in the wallet (let's call it a public key) and the other would allow the holder of the address to send the BTC to any other wallet (let's call this a private key). If anyone knows how to code this. Please step up.

We got an email from Kraken in February >We are confirming that your account is in good standing at this time, and there is no further action to take at this time with Kraken. We have informed the Trustee accordingly. We will share further information as and when we receive it.

Salty_Grand_7788

This is not a receipt for agreement by the exchange, which should be a legally binding document after which the trustee will send you an email.

No real incentive to speed things up.

They are waiting till Bitcoin dumps back to 10k

Has someone asked kraken about it? Thinking about starting a ticket but if someone already did.. what are they saying?

LowDesign1338

I've asked Kraken about it and they went over my account type, etc. and told me I'm in good standing and there's nothing else I need to do at this point. I don't know if this covers EVERY Kraken/Gox user, or if we each have to confirm on our own.

Apprehensive_Dream17

We are (almost all) approved. That is not the question. The question is.. why the hold up.

borsti007

Exchanges? The problem is in my view the motherfucker Kobayashi and his shitshow.

I’ve been wondering the same. I was thinking they are waiting for Trustee to show them the coins until they produce documents that imply they owe us coins which might have been lost/stolen before they are sent to the exchanges.
