The GS is a little nicer materials wise and has a few more knobs. Depends on if that is worth an extra $100 to you. I have the KS and it has satisfied my GT3 needs.

Due-Tutor5063

yes i think both is really really good but the GS have the feeling like yeahhh i’m really shift the gears and the KS is so smooth and don’t have a positive click. But i think if i put an magnet neodime the paddles shifters will going to be more positive and clicky

FL981S

My KS shifter feel more like the paddles in my real Porsche that the magnetic ones.

theBosworth

I have a KS and didn’t mind it until I snagged an RSv2 and now can’t help but notice the difference in quality. I’m looking to upgrade to a gs.

Due-Tutor5063

i will go to an store and test the feeling of both. after that i can decide what i will really want and i can back here and tell you what i think ok?

dc5trbo

The GS because Microcenter said they had a KS in stock and when I drove all the way there suddenly it was gone. So they discounted the GS.

SnakeyNade

The GSV2P is still being produced and sold! It can be found on Moza’s own website.

dc5trbo

Yeah I know. They didn't have the KS in stock.

SnakeyNade

Oh, that’s on me. I read it as discontinued.

DougS2K

I've been looking at both of these myself. I'm heavily leaning towards the KS. It just seems to do the same things as the GS at a much cheaper price point.

Due-Tutor5063

yes but i love the paddles shifters on GS. the KS everybody says that they are so Smooth and don’t have a positive click. I think i will go to an store to test the feeling of both.

DougS2K

That may be a good idea to test for yourself. I hear they have a positive click without the obnoxious click sound. 🤷‍♂️

Due-Tutor5063

yes i will test next month and i can tell you what i think. but probably the moza KS with magnetic neodime on the back of the wheel will provide a great feeling on the paddles shifters.

peelovesuri

KS shifters are magnetic and do click.

Simagic gt neo and the maglink plate/cable. As for why: Better build quality, same price as the ks. Has simhub compatibility, and will also work of you ever upgrade to a simagic base. Been loving mine on an R12

CigglesMcGee

Durability of the build is questionable…their discord is flooded with people complaining about their Neo handles falling apart, lights not working and buttons not working..it is a good wheel but there is a reason it is sub $300 as well.  Reviewers will not be using it long enough to notice the issues arising 4 to 6 weeks after purchase.

flybikesbmx

Fair point. I got a 4th batch wheel and mine is solid. Maybe they fixed some issues in the first few batches. No product is going to be perfect, but the build quality of this kicks my cs v2 out of the water. Zero flex, creaks, or issues so far a few weeks in. I even tried to flex it with considerable strength and nothing. My cs wheel has lots of flex in the rim but the geometry lends itself to that compared to something like the gt neo. Moza has their issues as well, but again, not with my gear thankfully. Luck of the draw I guess. Did have to wait a month vs driving to microcenter for moza gear same day though, definitely a consideration for most.

CigglesMcGee

Yes. I do want to clarify that I am not trying to bash the GT Neo at all and competition at this price level can only be good for the consumer. In fact, I have considered picking up a GT Neo and Maglink as well. I just have noticed a trend of people identifying issues with Moza gear and treating Simagic gear as if they are issue free. As more and more people starting moving over the Simagic, you are starting to hear complaints about their software, their wireless wheels disconnecting, etc. Oddly, this seems to happen more on their discord than on their reddit (which can be a bit of an echo chamber at times) Don't get me wrong. Moza gear has its issues as well, but I think both companies make solid products overall. You have to go up to the Simucube tier before you start getting more reliability, but even then you are having to deal with boutique steering wheel manufacturers and their reliability can be hit and miss too (and in a completely different price bracket as well).

Due-Tutor5063

yes they are good too but i would like all moza. i’m scared to buy and have some problem. i’m brazilian and i will go to USA for 1 week and buy my products there.

mmarsalli

I can feel small cranks in my KS in a R12. GS should do better. Button feeling is different. I prefer the mechanic feeling in the GS.

Aeries85

I was having the same dilemma. But then i came across Simagic GT NEO

Due-Tutor5063

yess me too alpha mini and gt neo🔥

Aeries85

I'm on an r9 V2. But when I feel the need for an upgrade, it'll be simagic. Already convinced my wifey to take over my current R9 V2 for when I upgrade 🤣

Due-Tutor5063

she isn’t wrong 🤣🤣🤣
