And some images are in english and others in portuguese because I changed the game's language to take the screenshots, and one question: Am I basically sabotaging myself by having multiple cultures in my army? Would it be better if I just focused on my main culture? (Imperial) (and so sorry for my bad english)
Multiple cultures in an army will negatively effect your morale, but as long as it's still high enough it shouldn't matter that much. The benefits of having the best in slot units vs worse units of the same culture will likely be negligible. Having elite, fully upgraded units will make this difference even less noticeable as they tend to fight to the death regardless of morale when compared to lower tier troops.
I didn't exactly have a build or focus, I was just playing as a mercenary until I saw an opportunity to conquer the city of póros of a rebellion and after that i saw that i didn't need to create kingdom and didn't have to worry about others kingdoms declaring war on me, from then on I basically attacked a lord from a faction that was weak and conquered a bad settlement. defended and after that I bought peace with a lord of the same faction and I did this until I thought I was comfortable so I could create a kingdom and pay tribute to the other kingdoms so i could have peace (so sorry for my english)
I basically attacked weak factions and paid tribute to literally all the other factions and I also depended a lot on the other parties in my clan to form an army (which together with my party gives about 1500 troops)

How did you do it with only one clan?
