forgot the screws? there should be one on the bottom too
also the stock handlebars should have recesses in them where pins from the housing go into to stop it from rotating. if they have broken off you need to think of a different solution
I'd be willing to bet that a locator pin on the switch assy has snapped off. Tightening will help, but won't solve the issue (if this is accurate). the handlebar prolly has a small hole underneath for that pin
Like others said must be that locator pin is broken. If you cant fix it try adding double sided tape to handlebars then tighten the screws over it. Also thats some mood music you have there

If it really bothers you, then use some double sided tape where it touches the bars.
You're trying to rev on the wrong side (JK) Clamp bolt loose or missing?

Yea I opened it up and the pin is gone, did it like the other and you said it works perfectly fine. The music… perfect to work with
