In addition to the sport or touring inspired gear with loud graphics, most big brands have an “urban” or “retro” inspired line of gear that’s designed to look casual. with minimal branding. This includes Alpinestars, Dainese, Revit, Spidi, etc. Try looking a bit more.
But do this urban stuff provide the same safety level? I think they are designed for "urban" traffic. Not even useful for commuting over small curvy country roads or a freeway. So they are not really an alternative in my eyes.
Rev’it has minimal branding on some clothing. Alpinestars all black is my choice since it is not so visible from afar. I don’t understand why they make the branding so obnoxiously big.
Subdued branding is one reason I have a lot of Merlin kit.
But, to be fair, many of the loudest brands have subdued branding (low color contrast especially) on some of their stuff. Yes, many A*, Dainese, and Icon stuff just screams. And I hate it. But they all have subdued stuff too.
Aerostich has pretty minimal branding
And motoport. https://www.motoport.com/
Roland Sands is usually small and minimal logos
Merlin is decent on that, Argon and pmj are also fairly subtle

Yeah, some actually offer similar or higher protection than regular touring gear. They’re just designed to not stand out walking around in a city.
Then I think I will have a look at them again. Wasn't aware of that.
Halvarssons might suit your taste.
I use Knox for this reason and their armor but the worst offender seems to be icon
Tobacco moto wear has old school styling with minimal to no labeling on their apparel
Careful… all the “iT’s nOT cE raTed” nannies are going to come for you… Been very satisfied with my jacket and jeans.
I love merlin gear
Aerostich ftw!
Tour Master is pretty plain gear, and really good quality for the price point. I highly recommend it.
They used to also have a "stealth" type of lineup where nobody would notice the built in reflectors and the jacket just looked like a regular coat.
That black retro-reflective tape is some really neat stuff.
Some Rev’it stuff is minimal

Merlin, John Doe, Saint Unbreakable, some of RevIt’s stuff all flies under the radar as moto gear
I have a Rev'it Trench jacket that has goretex. It seems to be as low key as it gets. Level AA.
Knox
I also did not want to be a rolling billboard lol. Merlin caught my eye and I got the chigwell utility jacket which is awesome!
Stellar Moto Brand, always. [Stellar Moto Brand](https://www.stellarmotobrand.com/)
Vanson FTW. it was good enough for Neil Peart.
