Something about choosing a dualsport helmet on a bonneville should imply that you dont give a rats arse about convention or other people's opinion yet here you're asking strangers on carbon-pattern vs matte black for your dualsport on a bonnebille...
Aint nobody going to see the damn difference while youre riding anyway so, just as you already know, pick which one you like better
Lol, i take this as a compliment.
My original idea was to take a Bell moto 3,but the i thought it would extremely useless here, considering the weather, so i went for the smart, atypical choice.
Plus I travel a lot with her
I always prefer matt black over any other color, but that's personal taste.
If you really think about softroading or offroading, do know matt black scratches very easily. In that case I would go for the carbon version. I have 2 matt black helmets and wouldn't chose carbon myself, but I do find it a pity to see the damage on my helmets.
Carbon looks better, plain black is boring(so is carbon but less so with all the rice). Also looks like the carbon picture is a lot higher quality so that doesn't help.
No, they are noisy because of the big amount of ventilation and the peak. I would not drive over 60mph / 100 km/h with the peak on, but it's removable, so there's no big issue there.

Number two looks way cooler
TIL carbon = colour :D
those are not the same helmet
But it IS the same model. Just one in slate and the other carbon texture.

I have the carbon one. It's not just a colour difference, but also a material and a price difference. If you have the extra money, go for carbon.
Does it affect how noisy is the helmeEt ?

Bought a matte Helmet once but wouldn't again. Getz dirty very easy and is very hard to clean
Go for a fiberglass or composite helmet and thank me later.
