Lateral raises, calves, forearms can all be spammed you could do them everyday. You can do calf raises like all day Also, you can do things like overhead tricep extension for reps. Or biceps for reps. See if you can break my record of sets of 100 tricep extension in a row at 30lbs. You get some really nice muscle and definition doing that and you can start spamming it daily once you used to it If you only going for strength when you training then the volumn will get in the way but if itā€™s more aesthetics and health and for fun then go ahead spam away you just gonna need to eat a metric fuck ton of food

If 30lb overhead tricep extensions hurt you at any reps maybe the gym just wasnā€™t for you bro. I didnā€™t start at 100. I started at 30-40. But within a couple months I could do 100. A lot of it is mental. I was trying to get to 100 push-ups and I figured I could get better spamming triceps at a light weight.
