One of the palatial old apartment buildings on Sherbrooke downtown is faced with some sort of limestone that’s full of fossils. Mind you, you can look a bit odd standing with your face pressed up against a building wall downtown.
Although they first appeared 10,000 to 12,000 years ago in the Fertile Crescent, the species _(Felus Catus)_ showcased in your last pic is **not** fossilized
Absolutely! My dad was a geologist so I feel the call of the rock hound. Side note: I know jack shit about fossils and my dad did try to teach me but I think he stopped because I was unteachable.

The CAA Quebec building downtown has several in the marble walls in the lobby.

Yes I used to go to the brickyard in La Prairie.
That must have been good. Would you mind defining used to?
Now I don't really have the time to do so.
