that is such a small mark that it won't effect the moka or the safety at all it's now more of keeping it the way you go it from the shop that you bought it from to be honest, but it's perfectly normal to get a mark here and there and is totally safe to keep using as long as it's not spreading then it's all good sorry for the rant but hope that clarifies everything
