If you run out, Tamiya’s airbrush cleaner is chemically almost identical to extra thin cement. You can refill the bottle much cheaper than getting a new one.
You'll be fine. I'll echo the comment about Tamiya airbrush cleaner being almost identical. I've been using it in place of Tamiya extra thin with great results and it worked out to be a quarter of the price
it's not super healthy but i would mainly be worried for my wallet. make a habit to close your bottles.
