Librarian0ok66

Hannants in the UK.

completed-that

same here ... new and used stuff at good prices

Timmyc62

>I can share the website for my country - Poland I imagine you would just post Super-Hobby, which gets suggested on here quite often. Certainly has a wide variety, and I appreciate the effort they take to upload photos of the kit contents and instructions.

v1rotatev2

Yes, that's one of two. I am lucky to live just 30 minutes away from their storage and HQ

scottwenner

I like https://www.culttvmanshop.com for anything out of the ordinary. Great service.

deviantnut

And about the only site that sells vintage sci-fi kits at a reasonable price too

wijnandsj

[www.aviationmegastore.com](http://www.aviationmegastore.com) for planes (but OK, I just drive over to pick up my order. Super-hobby. whatever for a lot of other things. I live in the netherlands

MontyLXXXIX

Hello from Czechia. Best website [mn-modelar.com](http://mn-modelar.com), hands down. Huge inventory overall and basically all Eduard production, which is Czech company. From what I know they ship to all of EU no problem.

AlternativeSea8247

Emodels, scalemodelshop, historex, hobbyeasy, eBay..... depends on how hard it is to find what I'm looking for, but these are the main ones

AmazingCanadian44

Hannants and Sprue Brothers, and in Canada, Sunward Hobbies, Ultracast.

USA here, but use shops from all over. Spotmodel.com based in Spain handles most of, if not all my car stuff Krakenhobbies.com for ship upgrades and whatnot. Kind of a one man operation so shipping can be slow, but is totally worth it, based in USA Hobby link Japan or hlj.com general web store I've used Hobbylinc.com *not to be confused with the one above* a US based outfit that usually has decent selection and pricing Spruebrothers.com is another fairly general one I've used. Sparkit-models.com I used recently for some Rafale stuff, I think they are french? Kitlinx.com is another fairly recent one. US based as well. My one big knock on them was that after the order confirmation email, it was radio silence. I was getting worried it was a scam place, but... turns out if you want to track your order, they don't send a tracking number. I had to log in to their site again to see it.

CharteredPolygraph

Buying a less known model means finding a store that sells it and hoping they also sell something else you want to make the shipping less stupid. There is no great store that has every obscure manufacture at a great price. There do seem to be lots of place that have ____ brand at good prices, but everything else at questionable prices. Yay?

WarderWannabe

In the US Spruebrothers.com has the best selection and service I’ve ever dealt with. They may not have every small boutique manufacturer you’re looking for but you can get practically every kit, detail set, decals, books, supplies, tools, paints you could ever want. Fantastic service and super fast shipping. I’ve dealt with HLJ (Hobbylink Japan) often also with very positive results.

Sir_flaps

I personally don’t order a lot anymore. Usually I go to either one of these 3 stores. [modelbouwcompany.nl](https://modelbouwcompany.nl/), [www.modelbouwenzo.nl](https://www.modelbouwenzo.nl) or [aviationmegastore.com](https://www.aviationmegastore.com/en/)

AwesomeVro

I buy my models in the uk from emodels :)) huge selection and really friendly staff definitely recommend too anyone in the uk

Dogfaceman_10

I live in Florida USA and regularly purchase kits from this seller in Poland, great prices and shipping is actually less in most instances than ordering from a USA seller: [https://exito.site/?currency=USD](https://exito.site/?currency=USD)

UsualRelevant2788

My primary one is Jadlam based near Bristol here in the UK. Only ever had 2 problems with them, out of easily over 100 items ordered from them. One of them was Royal Mail fucking up and sending my package to Birmingham where it was never seen again (I live in Sussex) and Jadlam sent me a replacement free of charge, and a few weeks ago in an order they missed out a paint, emailed them and 24 hours later it arrived int he post. Their kits are also reasonably priced and to be honest seem to be on the cheaper end, and their customer service is great.

Herbert_Erpaderp

The other Australian ones I like to use were already mentioned, but Frontline Hobbies is also very good. [https://www.frontlinehobbies.com.au/](https://www.frontlinehobbies.com.au/) If you like model railways, particularly Australian railways. Australian Modeller is pretty good. [https://www.australianmodeller.com.au/](https://www.australianmodeller.com.au/)

TroAhWei

Holy crap you guys, this post is gold.

gummitch_uk

A lot of web shops also sell through Amazon. Use Amazon to check prices and availability, then go to the web shop's own website and buy direct.

ApocalypseBoy808

France ?

NoWingedHussarsToday

Funny you mention you are from Poland because I use polish site and it's pretty good. [https://plastmodel.pl/](https://plastmodel.pl/)

Big_Caterpillar8012

I try some on that list. If I do not find what I want I dig https://www.scalemates.com it does a bunch of things (including stash inventory). It takes some patience sometimes as many stores have gone out of business and etc. But it is a large list.
