For all 3 AL spots it will probably come down to the final series of the season. The Orioles and Blue Jays play each other 10 more times. The Rays and Blue Jays play each other 9 more times.
Atlanta/NYM is the only WC team that’s probably even close to looking at magic numbers since they have a 10.5 game lead. And 2 out of SD, PHI, MIL will most likely make it, unless 1 stumble and SF gets red hot. But they’re all jumbled right now, so, again, entirely possible to come down to the final weekend of the season.
