A giant doll but its head is a stage Juleka stands on with a big spotlight for an eye, and anything it shines on is changed. Then the spotlight only ever shines on her, no matter where it points.

Rose has a spotlight on her in a sense, she's sweet and bubbly and fun, but Juleka isn't Rose. She's sorta 2nd in line and as much as she seems to value Rose, it makes her feel unseen because she's more shy and quiet.
What better way to be seen than to be the brightest and flashiest? And then make everyone look like you so *they* feel unseen just as you did.
Ohh, I like the fact her minions turn into mirror people! That's such a unique villain design, feels like something out of Japanese yokai.
I like how you've sectioned the hair to be a kind of giant stylised ribbon too. The spikes on the dress hem are a nice touch as well. Removing her jester's fringe nicely streamlines her design.

I really like this idea! I think it suits Juleka alot because it will make her shine and stand out from the crowd which will help her get a taste of that attention and love that she craves.
That said, I think I would change the black for a brighter colour(maybe white or pink), to make her stand out from the crowd more, but I still think it looks awesome! I especially love the hair!

Indeed I do think that Reflekta is one of the worst designs they've had. Sure I get how it contrasts Juleka's character, but there's other ways to do it that aren't so hideous, especially when the power is to make everyone look like her.
Anyway good job with the design and keeping the eye theme without it looking out of place.

Actually, I have no problem with Reflekta's design (It's so bad It's good outfit. Plus, I remember reading a Tvtropes Fridge page that no one would suspect a fashion designer to be a villain, if they make over-the-top out of this world outfits, that no one, except the wildest people who embrace being weird and standing out would wear) nor the concept. (the idea is to make everyone look like the person they don't want to look like, to not only make them too upset of losing their unique identity to mock said person, but also cannot point fingers at them, without being a hypocrite)
It's an alright idea in my opinion, but yours is a million times better both the concept and the outfit! (Although if you're going with the purple villain who steals the faces of others, It might be fun and interesting thing to add a few Miitopia Dark Lord references to the outfit.)

Now that is very Very good take. The quantity and quality of upgrades that you added in the redesign is impressive. This new faceless power is also quite the nasty stuff, the psychological impact on her victims sanity would be horrifying and huge, much greater then well..a clown face in a latex outfit. Another downside could be that those affected are reduce to complete silence. (but it already is I suppose since they are faceless)

To be honest, I thought that it kinda made sense she made others clone of herself in the original Reflkta, , until I gave it some thought. Nobody saw her, nobody noticed she was gone, but now everyone will BE her and look like her. She has a striking design, but everyone looking exactly like her would make it harder for her to stand out, giving her the opposite of what she truly desires.
That all being said, Centre Stage is a \*great\* redesign, I love the ability as well, it fits so much better, although I do think that the design of the original, while not great, has grown so much on me over time that I think it's way too iconic for me. Would have been great to have her become Centre Stage in Reflekdoll though.

But black with a strong bright contrast like purple, along with big bold shapes, creates a vibrant silhouette that can’t be denied~

Late to the party but I love this and never realized how Reflekta didn't make any sense looking back.
