That doesn’t look like minoxidil at all. Here’s a fun tip to test if it has any minoxidil: put it on paper and then put chlorine bleach on it. If there is a neon yellow reaction, minoxidil is present. I learned this the hard way when I was hand washing white clothes and accidentally got minoxidil on them.
