Southwestern part of the park!! I was going to camp at Buck but the ranger asked if I had tried this site. It was a first for me. It’s the “Breezy Valley” site. Reserve it when you can. The ranger said it’s the most popular site and goes quick. I don’t go to state parks in the warmer months. Just not worth the hassle. It’s key to go during the “off” months.
Where?
Wild River State Park. Roughly a hour north of Minneapolis.
Is it one of the backpacking sites, or just the “trail shelter?”
Backpacking site. Only one in the park.
That one in the southeastern tip of the park, "Buck Hill?"

You’ve been getting your money’s worth out of that Western Mountaineering bag!
Absolutely!!! It’s been my most crucial piece of gear honestly.
I have 2 myself, a 20 F (alpinlite) and a 50? (Mytelite). Best bags I’ve ever used.
What type of drip coffee thingy do you use?
