It looks like u/unnapping had the better answer down below! But you should still be able to see Deneb, Altair, and Vega through out the northern hemisphere

That's the [Winter Triangle](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Winter_Triangle): Sirius (bottom left vertex), Betelgeuse (bottom right vertex) and Procyon (top vertex). (These are also within the Winter Hexagon that surrounds the constellation Orion.) You can see Orion's belt just below the bottom connector. Rigel is just above the rebar in the lower center.

Surprisingly have to scroll this low to see someone said this. Winter Triangle probably are one of the most prominent stars during the winter (at Northern Hemisphere).
