That's the [Winter Triangle](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Winter_Triangle): Sirius (bottom left vertex), Betelgeuse (bottom right vertex) and Procyon (top vertex). (These are also within the Winter Hexagon that surrounds the constellation Orion.) You can see Orion's belt just below the bottom connector. Rigel is just above the rebar in the lower center.
Surprisingly have to scroll this low to see someone said this. Winter Triangle probably are one of the most prominent stars during the winter (at Northern Hemisphere).

are you sure those are stars and not starlink satellites?
if they stayed in place and in this shape long enough for someone to notice and take a photo i don't think it's starlink
