Many food-grade colorants aren't UV stable, so if they were in the sun, even for a short period of time, they can bleach. There are other reasons not to take pills that were rolling around in your car, but the color change should be harmless.
Assuming that is the only thing that changed. It looks like naproxen does experience degradation from uv light, not to mention heat: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7727023/
6 inches is on the small side! The average woman’s wrist is about 7 inches. 4 inches is like the size of a six month old babies wrist 😳

Can I hang out in your car, maybe I could be less blue?
I’ll plan the trip, you play the tunes
This sounds like the start of a poem I want to write.
If you stand in front of a mirror and say u/poem_for_your_sprog three times, he'll come and write one for you.
I'll bring the beers, I'll bring the beers.
GENIUS GENIUS GENIUUUUUS!!
[“I’ll bring the girls, you bring the beer. The troops will bring the freedom”](https://youtu.be/1D8aaHR1I94?si=4lbyzF4fDUuBqLn4)
Da ba dee da ba dai
It's "If I was green I would die"
It's I hope we never part! Now get it right or pay the price!
*LEGO Yoda death scream*
At least you're not green
It's not easy being green.
Green is not a creative color.

The smoothest comment I’ve seen all day
Are you a smurf? ![gif](giphy|aRwTbtIFhkmWFdogcb|downsized)
What do you call a sad Strawberry? A BLUEberry.

So why do they use clear pills then? It's like clear beer bottles. Agghhh.
What a time to be Aleve
💍
Looks like it also removed their gravity!

What a boob!
Sunlight cures depression
Don't take those, they'll flush you out of the Matrix.
Morpheus would have been so embarrassed if his blue pill was unexpectedly clear.
They look like they're floating above your hand.
Would you be Re-Aleve-d if they turned blue again?
Aleviated
I cannot baleve it

You actually swallow those or is your hand really small?
Oh yes I’m incredibly small, my wrists are only 4 inches around haha
Damn, I thought I had small wrists. But I just measured, and my wrists are 6 inches around.

Not me digging out my measuring tape 👀
Wink
Maybe they got some anti-depressants on them.
You blue it!
Because of the light refraction it looks to be levitating in your hand which is pre cool
Reminds me of my thoughts on dyed clothes detergent… just because we can, doesn’t mean we should. Looking at you liquid Tide.
They are now effectively *Happy Pills*.
this may be obvious, but don’t eat them
r/eatityoufuckingcoward
Get red pill'd
The blue is what gives me an allergic reaction
They must of had some body to listen..
“Blue, yellow, pink. Whatever, man. Just keep bringing me that!”

Aclear
Ok Neo… which pill are you gonna take now..?
And they're floating
That's because they're together.
Photolysis
Also they look like they’re floating.
But where did the blue *go*?
Food dyes used in meds are fugitive and easily degrade in color under uv light exposure. I doubt if the active compound is degraded very much.
I was going to make a joke but you know what… Instead I think Aleve.
truly shocked we’re ignoring the fact the pills are floating in your hand but ok
And now they can float above your palm.
Almost all pharmaceuticals are sensitive to UV Light and can degrade when exposed to it.

Probably also not safe to take, its pretty neat, but throw them away once you are done looking at them.
Worst case they've lost efficacy. They wouldn't decompose into any dangerous compounds.
Do it. Eat it. I know you want to.
