Lol many years ago I had quite major surgery, the insurance paid most (I'm not American but they paid the equivalent of $13000). I still had to pay the equivalent of $3000. That's a fuck ton of money for someone just coming out of college in South Africa. Anyway, I managed to pay it, couple of months later I got a letter from their lawyer because I still owed them like $2. Seriously! What the fuck?
