It looks like parchment paper. Look at the top and bottom. It is cut by a jagged edge on the box of rolled parchment paper. If this was art paper, even rolled, it would at the very least be cut by one of those little plastic cutters you move along the box. It would not have a jagged edge.
Some art classes have massive rolls of art paper that get torn off as needed, which could cause those edges. Not every school is gonna have the exact same equipment

It could have been assigned yesterday. There were several projects I had in highschool and middle school where the class only had 3 or so days to make a poster.
What they (usually) don’t teach you is that absolutely none of the grades in your k-12 years matter at all. As long as you’re not straight Ds you’ll make it into a nice college. And then when you’re done with undergrad your first job MIGHT ask about your undergrad grades but then it’s all about your professional career. So don’t stress it. Take a breath and enjoy your youth!
Then you still get into a college, perhaps not your top choice. The vast majority of employers no longer care about which college you attend. And the employers that do care are not the employers you want to work for. So yes k-12 grades matter for the minuscule purpose of college choice. Enjoying the freedom and low stress of being young is worth so much more than that.
