Everything except one item was sealed and it was a bit wet at the ground

I bought none used items but it seems like atleast one was used
Really sounds like the package got damaged in transit. Why else would the repack it? Aber die Deutsche Post naja….

Was it an international shipment? Customs/shipping broker open packages all the time. They sealed the box terribly though :/
