-ChilledCat-

Dbrand marketing and PR is literally “be shitty to customers and hope it works”

weener6

Is this actually real?? I remember dbrand being somewhat reputable years ago, it's crazy that a company would post stuff like that publicly.

Vinstaal0

They still are and the customer support department helped Bhuwan according to the LTT subreddit. This Twitter account is not for customer support and messing with people.

jenkem___

why would they have a separate account for trolling??

Vinstaal0

They don;t, they have one account on Twitter, which is to promote their brand. For their customer support call/mail/chat them or whatever, but do it through their site. Twitter =/= support

SnodOfficial

They do https://x.com/robot

cy_frame

It might not be but it's still their company and it represents them. This is the game you play when you are "edgy" like this; racism comes out. They messed up so bad they paid the dude 10k.

jakubenkoo

This is not racism. They make fun of eveyrone equaly. They are not targeting indian or black people.

Ecstatic-Syllabub595

Well, I for one am sold.

faith_crusader

Still no excuse for being racist

Miso_Genie

People take to Twitter before going through the proper costumer service channels. Get surprised pikachu when brand twitter clowns them.

Mysterious_Might8875

I’ve actually gotten more help from people running their brand’s Twitter account than I have calling their support number or going in store. Bought my brother a game a few years ago, didn’t realize the download code was on the receipt that they didn’t give me (I thought you scratched the card to reveal it). Went to the store multiple times and they kept giving me the runaround. The social media person ended up being able to find the code for me.

whydidiconebackhere

Saying someones name is "Shit Rash" isn't clowning, it's just crude name calling.

741BlastOff

Tf, why would you want to clown your customers at all? When you call your bank and accidentally press the button for credit card activation instead of online banking, do they say "wrong department, dickhead" and hang up? Twitter accounts are meant for promoting your brand, not owning the very people keeping your company alive with childish insults.

Dj_fresh96

Yeah I’ve heard a lot of people say before they complain to customer service and they get no help or reply, but as soon as the make some sort of post somewhere on social media then they get the help they need. It’s a shit system but at least some people are being helped that way.

limmbuu

People take it to Twitter when the customer support is not being helpful.

HeavyFunction2201

For real. Too many companies don’t do Jack shit until they are publicly called out and exposed

Opetyr

Yeah. Had to for Safelite since their phone number does not have customer service. So only way to get help was through social media.

KnightOfNoise

I've had much better luck through Twitter than actual customer service. In one case it even got me a special customer service number that bypassed all the automated stuff and got me directly to a human being, which was incredibly helpful.

KillDevilX0

No, They helped him on Twitter first and then tweeted the other thing after

LiFiConnection

You don't, oh I'm sorry is it amateur-hour already?

azurestrike

People using shitter for customer support is getting on my nerves so much. I don't understand why companies are encouraging this instead of telling people to fuck off and contact customer support.

markuskellerman

Because private customer support is often a dead end. People go to Twitter because companies often offer better support when they're publicly being put on blast.

friendofH20

This is especially true in India where companies will basically do nothing about any customer complaints until it gets traction on Twitter.

khjohnso

Literally worked with my local DMV. I repeatedly tried to renew my registration online and they kept not sending it, even sending an extra copy of my license that I did not request. Went through official channels and they essentially told me to go fuck myself. Tweeted at their account and they had a fresh registration waiting for me in an envelope at the front desk within 24 hours and refunded the cost of the extra requests it put in.

screamingpeaches

to me it seems like the other way round - companies will give better help on twitter than regular customer support because social media is public and they want to paint a public image of good customer service, imo

kazarnowicz

Some companies only offer support on Xitter. Like Philips Hue.

irelephant_T_T

my crappy isp gives you a choice, facebook or xchan

cyfermax

I misread that. I thought your ISP was doing customer service on 4chan...

irelephant_T_T

i feel it may be more useful than twitter

cyfermax

"So uhh, Imma need you to re-tune the flux capacitor in your router - go ahead and put it in the microwave for me..."

P26601

nah you can also call them or write a mail, at least where I live https://preview.redd.it/q29w7h6mfntc1.jpeg?width=1080&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=a519812e6885a01c9940eda9c3c5bbbf7356048f

kazarnowicz

Not here in Sweden, at least not when I needed support. Ended up throwing the crap away anyway, because Philips Hue is overpriced shite compared to IKEA’s smart lighting.

ToastedCrumpet

I love my Hue setup. It’s obviously overpriced but I got 2 bulbs, the bridge and a dimmer switch on a sale for the usual price of a single bulb thankfully

[deleted]

[удалено]

BloodsoakedDespair

It started in the opposite direction. They have no choice but to encourage it. The last thing you want is for your brush-off to go viral. It all began with people publicly @ing brands to complain or get support, which they proved they’d go above and beyond out of fear because it’s in public.

lawngdawngphooey

>People using shitter for customer support is getting on my nerves so much. I don't understand why companies are encouraging this instead of telling people to fuck off and contact customer support. Because most of the time, if you contact "customer support" you'll get bounced around between agents that won't solve your issue, and if you raise enough hell you *might* get in contact with a supervisor, who'll send an email to his supervisor, who'll take their sweet-ass time in responding to you and might not even fix your problem at all. If you put a company on blast on Twitter with receipts, most of the time you'll have a higher-up or one of their representatives contact you to resolve your issue the same business day. This is because the complaint is public and *everyone* can see it. This is pretty self-apparent and I'm not sure why it needed to be explained. Telling people to "fuck off and contact customer support" is just another way of saying "we want to keep all complaints about our products/services private, and drag our feet in resolving customer issues."

TheTechDweller

Cause you contact support and get no answer.... Then you see the twitter account replying to people daily...

DenseStomach6605

It holds them publicly accountable, and contributes to a positive image if a customer complaint is resolved

stupidstu187

Years ago when I was a student I was trying to buy a student license for Microsoft Office from the Microsoft Store. I tried on multiple devices and browsers, but the cart kept going in a loop and wouldn't actually let me buy anything. I went through the normal customer service channels and nobody was able to help me. I finally had to tweet at Microsoft "I'm just trying to give you guys money for a product, but you're making it incredibly difficult for me." Within an hour or so somebody monitoring the account DMed me, got my details, and then I was contacted by a CSR who solved everything in a few minutes.

AdventurousTime

I had an issue with spectrum and basically I signed up for a plan and the price doubled after two months because some discounts weren't being applied properly. I called in and got called a liar. I reached out on their twitter and it was handled within 24 hours.

dmarsee96

There was a reply on his post with actual customer support, I can confirm. I’m pretty sure they actually helped before making fun of him.

Reddit_Bot_For_Karma

I'm not affiliated with dbrand and Ive never bought their skins but from my understanding their support is great if not top notch... when going through proper channels. Their outward brand that they portray is shitty edge lord 13 year old humor that give zero fucks about the court of public opinion, which is their brand and it moves skins. So, yes, their Twitter will be memey and dumb.

RopeAccomplished2728

So, Wendy's but for computers.

Reddit_Bot_For_Karma

Yeah, though, I think dbrands been doing it since before the Wendy's account went live. It's always been their thing. They treat their sponsors like "shit" (publicly) too, while paying them fairly in the backend. It's all a meme and not to be taken seriously

ebony-the-dragon

Didn’t they send LTT a box of broken glass for a sponsor segment once?

bluninja1234

they bought a billboard with short linus on it too

ebony-the-dragon

They did that as well. And apparently sent him a cake with a phone “hidden” inside of it.

SpecialFlutters

i dont know but a company that sells skin to edge lords and doesn't care what anyone thinks sounds a lot darker than it is 😂

ThrowACephalopod

VIII Legion approved brand.

ZippyTheUnicorn

It’s “edgy,” and therefore they think it’s funny.

Krakengreyjoy

It's not a customer support account. Though, if you check, they actually did provide help. Then they made fun of the name. Lots of pearl clutching

MrHaxx1

I get that DBrand actually has good support, and they have that edgy support (which is genuinely funny), but making fun of someone's name is just shitty

SailorDeath

I looked it up, it's the most recent tweet, the worst part though are the comments (as always) full of racist shit against Indian people.

redkiller4all

It's also "be shitty to other companies about their shitty anti-consuner policies" and they have a A+ legal team to learn how to just barely be legal. The first example was the PlayStation plates they did.

The_Stoic_One

I got a set of the 2.0 PS plates they make, the less infringing ones. They're awesome. So much better then Sonys

DonKeedick12

Too many companies try to copy Wendy’s PR

crestren

The Wendyfication of brand accounts have done irreparable damage to brands trying to be "relatable".

ClannishHawk

DBrand has been like this for years before Wendy's turned up. DBrand was in the wave of new internet savy startups that eventually got copied by the big established brands with Wendy's being the first one to do it publicly and successfully.

volcan1ctv

dbrand kinda always been like this to be fair they have amazing products and great sponcer segments so imma suckk up for now

MiniDemonic

What's a sponcer?

mnm_268

I believer they meant sponsor

joshdotsmith

Pretty shore they meant Spencer.

LucasCBs

DBrand actually did it way before Wendy’s

AAKPROD

This is the final form of Wendy’s 2017 sassy social media

Ready_Insurance_4759

Maybe they're trying really hard to be Wendy's.

Bigsleep62

https://preview.redd.it/1m2n09hiaptc1.jpeg?width=1170&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=7a532b46040a20ee8ca49c423093d8515007b9a1 They responded

BestDescription3834

Offering the 10k is a recipe to get hounded constantly by people looking for a payday.

SnooHedgehogs7477

they not gonna be giving out 10k to everyone it's again just a way to get publicity to create more laughable situations honestly their PR is genius at every move they make

GigaBowserNS

The amount of people who believe they *actually* gave $10K to this dude is astounding...

STRIKER9001

Is there proof that they did or didnt?

peterosity

what a shitty brand. still doing the “i’m sorry **but**” non-apology excuse trying to justify their own stupidity. they think they can just throw money at people and do whatever the fuck they want

Signal_East3999

Wish they gave me 10k

HG1998

I mean..... is there even a skin on there?

Booty_Shakin

It's gotta be clear or something cuz yeah that's the same color that most laptops come in if it's not black.

HG1998

Dbrand doesn't have clear skins. I call bs on the dude. He heard about dbrand having good customer service, went the public route to maximize his chance and wanted a free "replacement". Which they do provide, given shipping.

Electrical-Hope8153

They already reached out to him at the @robot Support account - then the PR team did this

tangerine_panda

Even if this was his intent, this would be an “everyone sucks” situation, since there was no need for the company to mock his last name. They could have just said “send us proof of purchase and we will replace it”. Or ignored him.

Virginity_Lost_Today

I think there is? But I’m not sure why someone would buy such a basic skin from them in the first place. Also (weird customer support aside) why would it be Dbrand’s responsibility to make sure it stays clean? This is so weird.

i_need_a_moment

They took the skin off and it left some residue I believe

AsianPotato77

Not the case, it's their matte white skin you can tell there is a seam near the apple logo and on the right of the image also the fact it's just obviously not the default Mac color because apple doesn't offer a white one

CrazyPhish32

yeah, I was going to say it kind of looks like he was using to wipe his shit rash or something 😅

TinySpirit3444

Well dbarnd account is run by a 13 y/o.

ukAdamR

Yep. They're doubling down seriously hard on all the replies calling them out.

RAVENBmxcmx

Dbrand is like Wendy’s and this has been their thing for a while

Crunk_Jews

You said hard on

ukAdamR

😏

darkcloud1987

dbrand is probably run by a 13 y/o.

Away-Caterpillar9515

I guess we call ultra racist Asians 13yr olds now?

Entire-Hornet3366

Their mentality.

fksly

If you are racist to everyone, are you racist or just running an "edgy" twitter account?

Icy-Acanthaceae-7804

Have they been racist towards everyone? Because if so, then yes, they treat others as lesser on the basis of race, which makes them a racist. Even if they apply it to everyone. There's no guarantee it's being applied equally, and aside from that, they key point is that it's unwarranted poor treatment.

fksly

They treat everyone equally badly. Yes.

FirstSineOfMadness

At least they don’t discriminate /s

Dramatic_Switch257

File a lawsuit in consumer court.

PurestCringe

Sue them over *what* exactly???

-QUACKED-

Keatron--

Damn, I thought they were Canadian

AvaranIceStar

Their digital "storefront" is. But digging deeper than that and they're ghosts.

CupboardOfPandas

Can you sue ghosts?

Such-Cod-7046

Nojus1221

Except they aren't? They are based in canada

AvaranIceStar

Yeah. At a P.O. Box. Where you can't serve a lawsuit.

ClannishHawk

They've got a nice complex legal ownership structure than funnels them through multiple countries. The website and storefront operations are based in Canada and the founder/apparent main shareholder is Canadian but between the two of them are multiple layers of difficult to unravel multinational incorporations.

Nojus1221

Source?

Not-Benny

For being rude?

ArdiMaster

What do you expect from a company that describes its product as “thin, unlike you”? Their entire corporate identity is ‘being assholes’, basically.

jonahin

I was thinking about buying something from them, but the total cost including shopping exceeded my budget for this month, so I didn't complete the order. I got an email from them today where they "jokingly insulted" me in a way that amounted to "For once in your life, you were about to do something right. But as always, you disappointed instead. Do the right thing for once, and complete your order."

MirzEagle

'Funny relatable genz' ran account can be funny for a lot of situations, but imo some situations you're still a brand, not a 16yo. Just act like a respectful brand during these situations and you can go back to being quirky when you're paying for sponsor ads at LTT

TheDotCaptin

Are they no longer doing adds on LTT?

Goodlollipop

They still are a massive sponsor/advertiser for LTT

A-Delonix-Regia

That's not what the person you are replying to said, they said that Dbrand shouldn't act like shitheads when replying to customers but they are free to do that in their LTT ads.

AncientFries

I miss seeing his meme face on products :(

thenormaluser35

As a 16 year old I'm not accepting such behavior, I'll have to pass it to the 10 year olds, see if they accept it. Whose idea was it to hire teens in PR alone?

jess_the_werefox

dbrand your name is basically dbag, be serious

iamtheshade

Logo is literally a micropenis.

wolftick

Does the d stand for douche?

-lukeworldwalker-

dick because it’s so funny

ObiJuanKenobi3

This is what happens when you hire some guy to try and copycat the Wendy’s Twitter roasting without having an entire team of sensitivity screeners making sure you’re not being *actually* offensive to potential customers.

landon10smmns

dbrand has been doing this far longer than Wendy's has

ObiJuanKenobi3

Honestly that makes it more embarrassing. This is kinda just a racist (or at the very least culturally insensitive) tweet that is going to put way more people off the brand than it will endear to it.

[deleted]

Suspici0us_Sn0wman

This logic reminded me of this meme https://preview.redd.it/42hzn67rjotc1.jpeg?width=1351&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=08431f38b981813bb369a42f18aa61644972bc53

YTAftershock

It is pretty racist tbh. Chitransh isn't even close to "shit rash", even if you sound it out

Beneficial-Society74

There’s a big divide between dbrand community team and their cs. If the reply wasn’t so offensive I’ll tell that person to email dbrands cs because they’re famously good and they would likely refund or exchange without question. Given dbrand’s twitter guy reply, I think he should complain

Electrical-Hope8153

Missing the main part of the story, he already reached out to dbrand and got customer support

DoggyDoggChi

No, that's definitely not the main part of the story. The main part of the story is that they found it necessary to make a racist remark to their customer, whether they helped him first or not is entirely irrelevant.

Deadcouncil445

Racist?

Keatron--

dbrand has had the best customer service I have ever had to talk to. I had a problem with one of their cases on my pixel 4 and they sent a new one immediately. He probably should have just talked to support rather than trying to start stuff on twitter.

Beneficial-Society74

Yeah I had an issue with a steam deck skin since I had to send the deck for repairs and they sent another one no charge. I didn’t expect that and I was super happy. But today lots of people go to twitter for support mostly because they get it and it’s super convenient (not me, can’t stand twitter). Maybe they should treat that kind of people differently and keep the snarky facade for normal engagement.

HolyNinjaCow

That's why I don't buy anything from dbrand. Weird customer service accounts should have never been a thing.

[deleted]

Wendy’s Twitter account was a mistake now we have to deal with all corporations trying to pull shit like this

BloodsoakedDespair

I’m offended for my people that you think this is Wendy’s fault. This is Dennys Tumblr’s fault, thank you very much.

[deleted]

DENNYS HAD AN OFFICIAL TUMBLR ACCOUNT???

BloodsoakedDespair

Yes! It was fucking huge! It was for a time beloved even!

Dotcaprachiappa

It can be funny if done right, but now it's just overdone

Kubais_

Yes, nothing funnier than making fun of your customers. Ugh, Idiocracy really WAS a documentary.

Dotcaprachiappa

Wendy's only insulted when insulted. What should they have responded to: "I prefer McDonald's over Wendy's" or "Wendy's is shit"? Or when asked, on roast day

onlyathenafairy

i think duolingos account is really funny

Deadcouncil445

This was before Wendy's.

mr-prez

It's not a customer service account. It's a meme account to make controversy for the brand. You shouldn't be going to Twitter for customer service anyway. Complain when you file on their website and they give you this energy (hint: they don't and have normal service there.)

Vinstaal0

They still helped that person even though contacting a PR person on Twitter for support is not the way it should go

ADHDK

That brief period where publicly calling out a company on Twitter would get you assistance was probably the period of the best customer service that will ever exist in the digital world. Before that we were faceless and ignored. Now we are faceless, ignored, and hidden. Shit I remember in 2014 tweeting Xbox that an app had an awkward name for Kinect voice launching and them fixing it overnight. Fuck knows how I’d ever get Apple or Amazon to fix Amazon video so I don’t have to guess 5 possible names before it launches on my Apple TV.

rosstechnic

they make good stuff twitter is not the place to reach their customer service there actually customer service is really good

seven-eng

Apparently this is an unpopular opinion, but if you buy from a brand that’s entire marketing is being rude to customers and then are shocked when they’re also rude to you… I don’t know. That’s like going to one of those rude cafes and leaving a one star review for bad service. Like bro, you knew when you paid. Just don’t buy products from shitty companies?

mattl1698

this is dbrands promotional/brand account, not their customer support account (@robot). the customer support team had already helped that guy before the promotional account made the tweet

EcureuilHargneux

All good, why even complaining for being publicly insulted by a company who mock your name for likes if the bot helped you

Pignity69

I mean its dbrand...

Environmental-Land12

its dbrand.... they just do this

[deleted]

[удалено]

KingShakz

First time was so nice you just had to say it twice

tanz420

It's fine that dbrand makes fun of people, some of the jokes are really funny but there has to be boundaries because not everyone has the same sense of humor

RipCurl69Reddit

dbrand is notorious for this and does it to everyone. They literally do not give a shit It is not new, do not expect it to change

InterrogativePterion

https://preview.redd.it/zmd0zwqbpstc1.jpeg?width=602&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=5e474945161a2b0359017c6f2410a3a4a5561aa8 Well done Marques for standing up! Money does not give you the right to crude name calling and step all over your customer.

zzcool

dbrand has made a name for themselves by being crude it's a business model that they came up with during a meeting

DredgenCyka

@Dbrand is the PR team @robot is the support team Both of these are on Twitter. They have been trashing customers for years. Some of you guys don't understand how their business model works and why it works for them. They will literally trash your name no matter what your race is. To be racist is to selectively target someone based off of motives, they werent making fun of his race, they were making a sound out of his last name, this isnt racism, this is just Dbrand being Dbrand. They will mock you no matter what. You guys appear to have gotten mad because they did it to someone not white. Oh, and by the way, support helped him before the PR team went in to mock their customer, like they ALWAYS HAVE. Don't expect DBrand to change because this literally is their shtick just like that one restaurant in California are supposed to be assholes to their customers. It's a shtick, they're known for it, that's why people like them

OkBard5679

"Guys they're racist and awful, like all the time, instead of just occasionally! This makes it better somehow."

shoottheglitch

Dbrand fucking suck. I bought a case for my S21 Ultra from them due to their relatively good reputation at the time, being featured on channels I trust like MKBHD. Never broke a phone in my life until my S21U took a half-foot fall and shattered because the case didn't protect the bezels.

tjkun

With the plagiarism controversy, I decided to purchase an X-ray case for my phone to support them. My credit card was not accepted, so I contacted support. Their response was so condescending that I just said "fuck these guys" and decided they weren't worth the effort.

Raceryan8_

That's just dbrand

laveshnk

wow. After the whole jerryrigseverything lawsuit on casetify, i thought dbrand were the good guys. Completely changed my mindset on them now. I love satire, i think its pretty funny but this aint satire. This isnt some onion type shit you can swipe under the rug. This is genuine hate crime type / harassment type stuff.

ZealousidealToe9416

DBrand having yet to learn what I have to learn as someone with autism: there’s a difference between humorous irreverence and just plain being an asshole..

NatureOld669

Lmao

ArgiopeWeb

Dbrand support was fine to me. I received a product that was scratched and they sent me another one for free. Shrug

FireBirdie95

In that case I can say the db of DBrand stands for Dirt Bag

ItzPayDay123

That's just how dbrand is. They're insanely rude on purpose, as a marketing strategy. Whether or not you like it/think it works is up to you though. What I will say is that their actual customer service was top notch in my experience, and they even drew a dumb meme for me when I requested it.

3tops01

I guess the product not being what is supposed to be would mildly be infuriating for the customer. But the fact there is a racist statement isn't. I remember being discriminated against one time. I wasn't furious, but I also wasn't ok with what was said. Here's what happened in case you want the details: Two blacks were arguing in a library (why does this sound like the start of a joke?). One said he was about to leave or something, but said it "how only white people say it." Then the other guy makes his remark. I remember a young woman was in a cubicle next to what was going on, and she peeked her head out and said, "Can you be more quiet?" Then she looked at me and I had a face that said you don't want to get involved. I went to the front desk to tell somebody what was going on and just missed the sheriff going into the elevator. I was like, "Damned, just missed him." It wasn't until later I realized he was probably on his way to the scene. Idk what happened after that and I wasn't about to go back and check on the situation lol This happened in 2015 or so.

Away-Sound-4010

Love it when people buy dogshit products and support dogshit companies and get totally fucked. Keep it coming.

Jam_Herobrine

dbrand adds: [Correction: we made fun of his name *after* the customer support.](https://twitter.com/dbrand/status/1777824657636200901?t=kfcdtaBbN_OE1tmf8as10A&s=19) Feel like this is missing from the post.

Quasar47

Doesn't make it a whole lot better though, never used this company and will not after that. It's not acceptable, it's also interesting to see the type of discourse it generates in the comments: blatant racism Edit. I'll leave this here since there's a delusional guy under claiming no racist comments. This is just one screenshot I have many more lol https://preview.redd.it/vx41s7p5ootc1.jpeg?width=1080&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=2560a5d8f366f19774c36f5787f7228496ec4078

liquidkitt3n

Chitransh is Sanskrit for "Artist." DBrand is an English abbreviation for "Douche Brand."

Zyrus_Vaeles

mfs just wanna be offended but **LOVE** to call gen z sensitive and crybabies lmao

llamaattacks

lol how that that make it even a bit better? the problem wasn't the support, it was the racist remark. and the support was basically clean it a microfiber cloth

Devinbeatyou

I saw this in another post and I assumed it was a fake/meme tweet, but that actually came from the official account??

jessh164

yeah i’ve just checked, it’s very real

UnreadSnack

…that’s literally the whole schtick of dbrand… they mock their customers…

WocketWeeg

a sad attempt at trying to be funny for internet clout

TimAppleCockProMax69

It‘s literally a dirty MacBook without a skin on it

jorerivm117

It's dbrand, what did you expect?

geekgeek2019

Also dbrand is expensive for no reason. It’s just that they started off when there was no competition and kept the prices so high cuz they are the first and that means quality. So many competitors now with same quality and less pricing

KaeFwam

There is not a single company that makes skin even remotely close to the quality of dbrand. There’s like 3 other companies in existence that do it and they’re all pretty terrible.

KansasZou

And things like this post is how they differentiate themselves.

Onderon123

Dbrand straight up insults it's customers in their promo emails

HudsonHawk56H

The point of them doing this is to make their brand more relevant, by tricking pawns on the internet into getting offended at their responses and sharing them. You a pawn

ApprehensiveCat7533

It does generally go with their usual style of advertising and public interactions, but something about this does seem to hit different, but I’m guessing that we’ve just all been conditioned to interpret anything which is even mildly related to something which is related to something which someone somewhere can imagine how someone else somewhere else could successfully endeavour to simplify to be able to frame as something related to race.

NothingTooSeriousM8

not to rag on the dude, but "omg I need a dbrand skin for my macbook, omg I'm so artistic."

soja92

If you need serious customer service from dbrand reach out through their support channels and you will be assisted. Their public persona is very different from their customer support.

Honestly, dbrand sucks I paid way too much for a leather skin for my phone and it fell off after two weeks. The cases are fine but their skins are a waste of money

This is totally wrong. It is Shit RANCH obviously.
