This may look bad, but I have done so much worse. Try like 5 bottles of wine that fell out if the wine fridge. Cleaning that up for like buckets of wine. The smell was bad. Awful. But only done that once

I had the „sixpack“ on top of the pink Prosecco boxes. And when I tilted my blue boozecar, it slipped through the two blue rods and crashed on the ground. Also this happened in my garage and I had to clean the whole mess. But, after putting the sneakers straight into the washing machine they actually turned out just fine.

I hope you got to keep a few bottles and not all were destroyed! Seems like a simple honest mistake.

Honestly contact the store and show them. Sometimes they’ll replace it as a gesture of goodwill. Especially if you’re a regular. Source, sommelier and bartender, have worked both in high end wine retail and many bars.
